Everything. Everyone was wonderfully kind and helpful. The room was spectacular. Breakfast included the best croissant I have had. Water busses make for easy access. Even better than advertised. THANL YOU FOR A WONDERFUL STAY.

The directions to the place were not clear. We knew it took 2 ferries, but it was unclear that it had to be 2 different companies running the ferries. Also, listing what dock to catch then from would have been helpful. It would be good to make it a bit easier to find internet connection details. Maybe a plaque in the room or in the on-line information. The room was a bit tight. Maybe change the table for 4 to a table for 2 to allow room for luggage. These comments are meant to be constructive. We liked the place.

Everyone was very accommodating and kind. Check in was easy, even with the language barrier. She was able to use google translate and it worked out just fine. The room was clean and just what i needed for the night.

Fantastic view of the canal, from Lido to San Marco, from our room and especially from the garden (optional) breakfast area. Very close to a Vaporetto stop.

Friendly and helpful owners, wow views right on the edge of murano! Very beautiful location
Be aware that this property is difficult to access after 8pm, vaporetto/buses are limited and murano only has a few bridges so be prepared for a long walk!
