The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained. However, the staff's behavior was disappointing. They openly made unkind remarks about guests (in Italian so guests don’t understand). It’s very unprofessional!

Excellent and impressed my wife which is always a good thing for a husband. Terrific area of the city will restaurants, shopping and channel directly adjacent to the hotel. Safe neighborhood, lovely and helpful staff.

Beautiful boutique hotel right on the canal with stunning views. Our room was elegant and comfortable, and the staff were kind, helpful, and service-oriented. Breakfast was delicious each morning. A peaceful, charming spot—highly recommend!

The place totally met our expectation and it's worth the effort of bring luggage on waterbus. Very close to Piazza San Marco but not crowded. Spacious room, traditional-styled decoration and furniture, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. There's direct water shuttle from St Marco stop to VCE, line Blue.
We tried one of the two restaurants owned by the hotel, Luna sentada, and it was quite average yet not cheap.

We liked the view from our room. The shower was wonderful, large, water was hot, and steady water pressure. We didn't eat the breakfast, but our family did. (I.am gluten-free and was worried about what would be available.)
The room was.good, just a lot of steps to our room.

The location and ambience very nice with old fashioned furniture. The staff are very friendly and nice always helpful. This is my second time in the property and I recommend by the the cost benefits

The rates are too expensive. The hotel is next to a restaurant that is owned by the hotel, and they were having a party that was loud and right next to our patio window. Also, don't take the tour that the hotel offers to Murano to see glass blowing. It's a bad arrangement. They take you by private taxi to Murano, drop you off, you go see a glass blowing master, and then take you to a store to see if you want to buy something, BUT don't buy anything, it is doable the price. And then the sad part that they don't tell is that you have to figure out how to get back to the hotel. Awful. Don't buy anything from this store. I bought a $40.00 bracelet that I could've bought for $8.00 from the surrounding boutiques. What was disappointing was no communication on how to return to the hotel. dishonesty is no good.
