Facility is somewhat new
Location terrible..hardly any place to put clothes..table, can't place laptop/work..no drawers..tiny fridge had drinks with no price..people would think it's complementary..says on site KITCHEN!!..The only thing was a coffee maker at the end of the table..the hangers are so thick, that it stretched all my sweaters

We had a view towards one of the canals, which was great. The beds were super comfy. The room interior was very stylish. We liked the long bench underneath the hangers, very practical. The staff was very friendly, the service at breakfast was super fast and very accommodating as we ordered cappuchini with oat milk. There was a large tour group and therefore it was very noisy. We really liked the location of the hotel, the neighborhood is a bit off the beaten track yet there are many restaurants and bars.
We'd come back to this hotel anytime however we'd book a room without the canal view because we could hear the vaporetto and the people walking and chatting at night.

The apartment is clean, comfortable and well located close to the train, bus and ferry. Everything is walking distance. The host is super helpful and responded quickly to all our questions. Thank you so much for that. The only thing was the noise from the restaurant below setting up in the early morning for about 10 minutes. Otherwise it was awesome. I would definitely book again.

clean, bright comfortable room in a relatively quiet area of Venice yet still no more than 30 minute walk or vaporetto ride to anywhere in the city. Short walk from train station. Staff was very helpful with directions, taxi reservations, etc.

It was close to the station, clean and comfortable, out of crowd. The location is excellent.
I have expected more from breakfast, it was ordinary. Also, because of pigeons outside , we were slightly afraid to leave the table for refill, they kept coming. Room was slightly dark, but I guess it is just an interior.

Stylish hotel located in excellent location. Rooms were big and functional. The bathroom was wonderful with lots of room to organize my makeup and hair care tools. Great breakfast with lots of options and excellent service by staff.
We liked everything about the hotel.

The room was a perfect location! The staff was spectacular! They went above and beyond to make our stay amazing! From providing an anniversary surprise to scheduling a water taxi for us, we could not ask for more! The room was quite large and the bed was very comfortable, too! I would not hesitate to recommend Carnival Hotel!

This was a beautiful hotel away from any noise but still accessible. The room was exceptional and the staff was beyond accommodating. They will happilydo anything that you need. Do not hesitate to book a stay here. You will not be sorry.
