The location of the hotel was excellent; quiet neighborhood with a wide variety of options to drink and/or have a meal around the hotel. The vaporetto stop to and from the airport and to the sights either next to the hotel or within 5 minutes walk. The room was quite spacious with an extremely comfortable bed. Great breakfast with a large variety of choices.

Location was phenomenal, right on a canal and a 15 min walk from the station. Staff was wonderful, warm and friendly. The room was also very comfortable for a family of 4. Its about 2 miles to St Mark's square but a lovely walk. Many great restaurants nearby as well.

The location is a bit far from the city center but there is a public transportation stop in front of it.

Quiet, comfortable, and friendly, helpful staff.
To far removed from the majority of places I wanted to see and photograph. Average time to get to S Marc’s was around 48 minutes via Vaporetto.

It's right next to the ferry boat station and that is a big plus! Beautiful area and lovely staff. Everything is walkable, the basilica, the bakeries, the restaurants, etc., all are accessible.

Not far from the train station, and there are good restaurants in the surroundings. The room is clean and all the facilities work well. Sitting on the bank with lovely view over the canal, and the breakfast included is really great

Quiet, clean, peaceful, beautiful, safe. Food was delicious. Bar had good drinks. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful 10/10 would recommend. Also, my daughter has celiac and allergic to gluten they had numerous options for her at breakfast and helped us identity safe places for her to eat and called and made us a reservation.

Everything was wonderful, the staff was extremely helpful and attentive, the keys and manual door for Shabbat was amazing, and the room were so comfy and clean.
a little attentiion to chandelier that was dusty, though the dust accumulates quickly, nothing to do with the cleanliness of staff.

The room was a perfect location! The staff was spectacular! They went above and beyond to make our stay amazing! From providing an anniversary surprise to scheduling a water taxi for us, we could not ask for more! The room was quite large and the bed was very comfortable, too! I would not hesitate to recommend Carnival Hotel!

The room was great, the morning brunch was good, and the staff were very helpful.
The one limitation is that it is far from St Mark Square and other activities, but can be reached with a water taxi, water bus, or 30-minute walk

This hotel exceeded our expectations. From the comfort and cleanliness of the room, the ease of checking out and the wonderful location to the attentiveness of the staff! They made us feel welcome even before arriving.prior to our arrival the hotel reached out via email offering to arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel. As we were coming back to stay at the hotel for an additional night after going to Florence, they kept a package for us so we wouldn’t have to carry it around-it was waiting for us in our room when we arrived. They even upgraded our room from a Junior Suite to a Suite. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Venice.
