Exceptional
Very friendly and helpful. Nice comfy room with an exceptional breakfast. It was a great value for the location being close to the airport and directly across from the bus stop to go into Venice. The breakfast and parking was an added bonus.
It was a little noisey with a room facing the Main Street but it quieted down around 10pm. Nothing that ear plugs will not fix.

Wonderful
A nice quaint hotel with wonderful staff. Has a private bathroom with adequate amenities and a Caffè on site. It's also right across from the bus stop to take you into Venice, and a short drive to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.
It did get a little warm during the day in the room, but it was near 100°f. At night with the door closed it did cool off.

Wonderful
Nice little breakfast in the morning at 8am. The staff helped with providing the day pass for the bus and Vaporetto.
Im a 6'3, average build, and the shower space was tight. The provided toilet paper was cheap. Bed was a bit hard for my preference, but better than average.

Very good breakfast, with a choice of eggs, ham & cheese. Delicious cappuccino.

Location to airport. And staff was excellent. The property was extremely clean. And staff even helped secure bus tickets for our 4:30am departure since taxi didn’t run that early. Bus stop is nearby going to airport. An easy walk. For European standards - very large room with small refrigerator. AC in each room. Shower was excellent with fantastic water pressure.
No lift, but we are accustomed to that in Europe.

Very well located, only 10min from the airport by bus and 10min from Venise by bus also. The room was nice and comfy and a nice breakfast is included. Staff was nice and helpfull with the bus ticket, itinerary, and tips to enjoy Venise. All this at an affordable price, a good deal if you don't want to spend thousand euros in the crowdy center of the city

It was in a great location, 10 min drive by bus to Venice. the owner was kind and helpful with a bit late arrival. Room was clean, cozy.

It was near to the bus stations
In the 1st 15 minutes of us arriving, we had to kill 2 roaches, Also the AC was controlled by the owner downstairs who never turned it on. There is no elevator.... there is a box outside of the room that controls the water heat... As I took my daughter a shower I heard someone shut the hot water.
