This was such a little gem! Very cute and cozy. The owners take great care of the place. Clean and affordable. Across the street from the bus and you can take line 19 straight to Venice (10 min bus ride for 1.50 euros!) and also line 15 goes straight to the airport in 12 min. So easy. The breakfast in the morning was delicious! The owners made me a delicious cappuccino, fried eggs and they had a cute little breakfast buffet! They took such good care of us!
The AC is definitely on the weaker side and the windows do not have screens so if you want to open the windows at night, be prepared for some mosquitos.

Maybe more kind of food for breakfast. Is not near to the city but take the bus was easy to arrive to Venice

Wonderful
The breakfast was fantastic and the location was also superb. The bus to Venice was directly across the street and you can purchase bus fare in the hotel. The street and neighborhood was quiet and parking was readily available when we arrived late at night. If you're traveling on a budget, this is a great option to get to Venice easily without breaking the bank.
The room size was quite snug, but it fit our needs.

The owner was very helpful. She sold us tickets on site and told us how to get to the bus stop into Venice. She was very kind and answered all of our questions. She even called us a taxi in the morning.

We were pleasantly greeted by the hostess. The location was very convenient to the Marco Polo Airport. After weeks of travel it was nice sitting outside and enjoying patio. The breakfast was exceptional with a large variety of items to choose from. There was an excellent pizza/pasta restaurant directly behind the accommodation.

The staff was very accommodating. We arrived at midnight (an hour later than expected), and, unfortunately had to wake the owner up.
The breakfast was very nice. The apple cake , which was homemade by the owner was just wonderful.
The hotel.is close to the airport, and in in an exceptional position to reach Venice. The bus stop is right outside the hotel and takes you to the main bus terminal in Venice. You can buy tickets for the bus at the hotel.
Parking at the rear of the hotel was free.

I liked the location it is easy to get into Venice. There were two restaurants within walking distance. Reception helped us with getting to Venice and transit tickets. The bed was comfortable, shower was nice. They cooked made to order eggs for breakfast which was nice. Breakfast was good, wish it opened a bit earlier.
There were no darkening window treatments. There are curtains but it does very little to block the sun in the morning. See pic below. There was some noise but it quieted down around 8-9 pm. Our neighbor had a dog and it would bark or growl everytime we went by the door, even with door closed. So bring earplugs and sleeping mask and you will be good to go.

Very friendly and helpful. Nice comfy room with an exceptional breakfast. It was a great value for the location being close to the airport and directly across from the bus stop to go into Venice. The breakfast and parking was an added bonus.
It was a little noisey with a room facing the Main Street but it quieted down around 10pm. Nothing that ear plugs will not fix.

Wonderful
A nice quaint hotel with wonderful staff. Has a private bathroom with adequate amenities and a Caffè on site. It's also right across from the bus stop to take you into Venice, and a short drive to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.
It did get a little warm during the day in the room, but it was near 100°f. At night with the door closed it did cool off.

Nice little breakfast in the morning at 8am. The staff helped with providing the day pass for the bus and Vaporetto.
Im a 6'3, average build, and the shower space was tight. The provided toilet paper was cheap. Bed was a bit hard for my preference, but better than average.
