Bus stop to Venice is literally right outside the entrance of the campground. Lidl (grocery store) is right across the street. Location is excellent!!
Mobile home is much smaller than what pictures online shows. We barely have room to walk to the bed in the room with two twin beds in. There is absolutely no room for your luggage to set open for packing and unpacking.

The ground leading to the cabin is not cemented so its rough for luggages. Bed is not comfortable. Lacking cabinets and chair

Location was great, in-between the airport and Venice. So easy to get to either!
Wish there was some sidewalks heading from reception to the cabins. But place was great so nothing else to dislike!

The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming
They should put brooms or aomething in the rooms to clean the floors at least. Otherwise, if you stay for longer, like 9 days, the floors get diry and they do not cleap up while you stay there. Also the shower was sometimes hard to regulate, but I could manage with that.

We loved the location, which was very close to the Venice Art Biennale and made visiting it very easy. The little houses were charming and comfortable. We stayed in two houses, a smaller one and a larger one with a kitchen. The larger one was quieter and more comfortable, so we would definitely recommend choosing it.
The pool area was beautiful, clean and very relaxing.
The smaller house was not very well soundproofed, so my friends could hear noises from outside and people walking past, which made it difficult to sleep. You could also feel the house shaking when people were walking past or moving around nearby, which made the smaller house feel less comfortable.
The pool water was quite cold. It was refreshing and cooling, especially on a hot day, but if you prefer warm pool water, you may find it too cold.
We were also very disappointed with the taxi service recommended and arranged by the accommodation.
We were a group of five and needed a taxi to the airport for a very short journey. We asked the accommodation for advice on the best way to get to the airport, which was only about a 6-minute drive, approximately 5 km away.
The accommodation told us that the taxi would cost €65, so we trusted their recommendation and accepted it. However, shortly before leaving, at around 03:45, we checked Uber and saw that the same journey was approximately €26, less than half the price.
We wanted to cancel the taxi and use Uber instead, but the accommodation did not allow us to cancel it. Even Uber allows you to cancel a ride with at least one hour’s notice, but the accommodation did not give us the same option. We therefore had no choice but to take the taxi they had arranged and pay €65.
Unfortunately, the taxi driver was also extremely rude and unfriendly throughout the journey.
We strongly recommend that future guests do not book a taxi through the accommodation. We suggest checking Uber or other alternatives yourself, as the price may be significantly cheaper and you may have more flexibility to cancel or change your booking.

Clean Good stay, footsteps away from bus stop that takes you into venice, really hot shower which we appreciated, and closely to a grocery store as well
We had to pay $4 in cash for taxes when we arrived or they didn't give me back my passport. I didn't know or brought cash. Really insignificant but my ATM charge was more than $4 to take out that amount of money

Super easy to get into Venice by bus, as it has both directions stops near the camping entrance.
Also a Lidl is super close, comfortable to do shopping - it's also possible to order pizza from nearby restaurants.

The pool is great during those hot summer days, the restaurant serves really tasty food, the kids liked the map we got at the beginning, the numerous trees are great too
There were times we got back in the evening and the staff was already cleaning the pool and we couldn't swim

Great place to stay, fantastic location close to bus stop - 10min ride to Venice, Lidl shop just across the street, peaceful place with trees and shade, nice mobile homes and all is super clean, fantastic pool with bar incl. food, restaurant was great too, lots of parking space in shade
to make things perfect, perhaps little tables outside mobile homes would help, our mobile home also did not have microwave

One of the rooms which I rented had no hot water.
