Wonderful
Location. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, that was great after our stay in Venice on the way back to US. I was surprised how much we liked this hotel. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the airport. We had an early flight, and I am very glad that we choose to stay at this hotel instead of the hotel in Venice. You can get to Ca'Tessera hotel from Venice by public bus (it goes every 30 min from the plaza next to the train station) for 10 dollars per person (you should get off one stop before the airport (Tessera or something like that) and walk for ~10 min).

Close to the airport. Nice surroundings. Has its own helicopter landing pad!
The Superior room advertises a king and 2 twins but one twin was a cot and the other was a couch which seemed a bit misleading.. Also, the price for the hotel shuttle was quite high.. It is about 5 minutes.. They filled a van and so probably charged about 50 euros for one van ride.(20 euro for 3 of us) .. Seemed excessive..

Staff and location were good
You can hear every single word from the room next door. Our neighbours stayed up late, they weren't shouting or anything, but we couldn't sleep the entire night because we could hear every word they said as if they were in our room. Beds also weren't comfortable, and there's an LED light above the door that's quite bright and you can't turn off. You can also hear planes landing and taking off.

They let in stay at the pool the whole day until our flight at night. The kids were tired after 2 weeks in Italy and just wanted to swim and rest.
The shower was very small

The location was perfect very close to airport. Bed was comfortable. It is more a boutique kind of feel. We did get some croissants and coffee before our transfer to airport at 5 am. When we checked in Taxi dropped us off at wrong hotel the sister hotel. The check in man was wonderful there and he took us via golf cart to the correct hotel. He was friendly, helpful wonderful. I wish he was at our hotel. The pool was relaxing, but small. They have a free shuttle to restaurants near them. The pizza one was amazing.
The lady that was at our hotel was crabby, not friendly, smelled like smoke. Acted like she didn't like her job or us. Later a different man was at desk and he was more friendly. Also the shower was not good, the shower head was dirty with deposits on it, the shower head was on a pole, when I tried to move it up the whole pole came off. They need to do some maintenance. The stairs and room before the pool were gross and dirty.

Very quiet location within a short distance to the airport. They provide a shuttle service to their nearby restaurant as well as to the airport. The restaurant was excellent and very reasonable. Very clean room.

It was close to the airport but not as close as I expected given what I read online. Expect to have to take the shuttle which is an addition fee
It was not at all close to a bus stop as told to me when I inquired about the property. And the walk from the bus stop was not safe in places as the sidewalk disappeared and there was traffic on the walking route. With luggage it was not fun.

The breakfast was good
The walls in our room were stained. There were bugs in the room. We were given only a sheet to sleep with. No blanket what so ever.
Then I was told they would help me to get a cab to our cruise port and they sent me to someone who charged me $675 for the cab. Total scam as I’m sure the hotel got their cut of the massive overcharge.

The room 23 was not as described In the pictures of the reservation. It was cat smelly, absolutely not privacy as curtains let you be seen from the outside and extremely old fashioned . Small bathroom . They said that the pictures corresponded to room 27 but was not available.

We booked here for the location and the pictures were fantastic.
The shower head was broken, the toilette seat was cracked from a long tie ago, the person at the front was bothered every time I aske a question (like where is the pool and what time does it close) we were not told anything about the facilities. I speak Italian, so it was not lost in translation. I was really disapointed. Location is all they have. We were going to purchase the breakfast but after what we saw in the room ( nothing was updated or fixed) we decited to not eat here. I am so sorry.

Close to the airport. It's easy to walk from the airport to the hotel. We booked a hotel shuttle bus. That is convenient and good value.
Breakfast is included in the booking. The food was very good. It's delicious. I didn't bring my swim wearer. Not sure how good the swimming pool was.

Hotel is in a gorgeous rural area of corn and wheat fields. A lovely evening walk to a nearby restaurant before a long flight hit the spot. The hotel has a rudimentary charm, not a cookie cutter Best Western etc…which is kind of a nice way to bid adieu to Italy.
Hot water took a loooooong time for my morning wash up. I literally didn’t have time to wait for it before my early flight. I let the cold water be my wake up.
