Helpful, friendly staff. Nice variety for breakfast choices. Free shuttle to restuarant for dinner was appreciated. Would recommend & definitely stay again.
Bed was a bit too firm, but the room was clean & comfortable. Bathroom had all the amenities needed.

Spacious room, nicely decorated, clean, warm, comfortable bed, clean quality bed linens. Perfect place to have a rest before or after a flight. I spent just an evening here so hadn’t had an opportunity to fully experience the hotel. But the room was what I needed after active weekends in Venice.

If you are a walker, you can easily take the 5 bus from Piazzale Roma, Via Triestina stop. It's a charming hotel, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The early shuttle and coffee/brioche service was much appreciated.
The heat was almost unbearable and impossible to control, and an open window resulted in bug bites, even in February. The water is extremely slow to heat up, and I mean extremely.

The hotel we booked looked nice - this is not where we stayed. After waiting for 30 minutes in the hotel lobby, a staff member showed up and told us we had to move to the hotel "next door". This hotel was disgusting, loud, and small. There was no where in the fine print that told us this was an option for them.
As I said, where we stayed was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There is no picture of this hotel online, where we were supposed to stay looked nice but we have no experience of that. We complained to booking.com and the hotel. The hotel said they are "allowed" to move us as long as it's not "far" from the hotel. I don't know what "allowed" means as we didn't consent to this and the place where we were put was terrible. I'm including pictures. Beware, you don't know where they will actually put you if you stay here.

Location to Venice airport was perfect for the last night of our stay. It was a bonus that the offered a shuttle to the airport.
Hotel was beautiful with a traditional look and also had a pool. They also have a connection to a restaurant down the street with a free shuttle to take you there and back. Fantastic service all round.

close (10 min to the airport by 20 euro shuttle for 4 of us) to airport! large uncrowded grounds, When our room was not fully cleaned we got an immediate upgrade to a lovely large and COOOL room on a very hot and humid day! Big points to staff for the fix!!
we were told that in order to use the pool we would all have to rent Swim Caps 2.5 euro, and Towels 5 euro. But when we looked at the pool this was not true for any other guests. A dip would have been welcomed but $10x 3 for 15 min of pool time was too much for an unregulated charge.

Extra charge for shuttle to airport which was 5 minutes away The sign on the desk in the lobby quoted a lower price per person than we were charged.
The early breakfast ended at 6 am which meant that we had to get up earlier than we would have liked as our shuttle to the airport was at 7

This is a super cute hotel, very charming! It’s older, but has so much personality. Very comfortable, we were there New Year’s Eve and it was quiet (but busy). I bring a noise machine whenever I travel but the property is spread out, so it was perfect. If you want a comfortable stay without overpaying, this is your place.

Convenient to the airport. Early morning coffee juice and croissants. Didn’t have much opportunity to explore the property as we arrived late and left very early.
