This is a totally charming & stylish B&B in the heart of Dorsodouro - where the locals live! Close to the Peggy Guggenheim museum, it is fantastically quiet at night, but a quick vaporetto ride to all the sights. Fantastic breakfast, very clean, nice shower, great attention to detail and lovely hosts. Would never stay anywhere else in beautiful Venezia!

Nice breakfast with coffee pastries cereal and fruit it was serve yourself and it was good,location was excellent in a quiet area close to the water buses and close to a 2.50 gondola ride to the area around ST.Marks, the room was spacious nice bed and bath and after you check out you could stow your luggage.
I can not think of anything the area was clean safe and quiet away from all the tourists but close enough to walk to very nice cafe's and restaurants.

Great stay, beautiful location and premises. This is such a good area to stay in while in Venice. Close to everything but away from all the crowds and noise. The view to the Giudecca is so beautiful and calm from this side of town. We got some restaurant recommendations in the area from our host and they were on point- really good food with great atmosphere. Our suite (top floor) was very spacious and had everything we needed for a very comfy stay. Overall a great stay. I'd definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect. Super clean and modern but still felt like authentic Italy. Alessandro and Veronica are both so lovely, starting my day with her and the breakfast provided was a delight. They were super communicative and helpful in all the ways. The street it's on is SO quiet and away from the intense tourism while still being walkable to all the things. Loved this place, would def stay here again.
The only note i have is to make it a bit more clear that you need to take a ferry to get there. I know that should be obvious because it's Venice but if you haven't been there before and you're arriving at night it can be a tad confusing.

The location is just perfect as it is very close to the main touristic area (either walking over the bridge or with a gondel ferry) but very quiet and feels like a homey place.
The breakfast is very generous and tasty. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. It is also really quiet (we live in the countryside still this was more quiet almost!).

Very clean and safe part of Venice.
Good location to the Salute water bus vaparetto station.
Very clean room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very modern and clean bathroom.
Nice breakfast and nice staff.
Let us store our luggage as we checked in early from an early flight.
Recommend getting the vaperetto pass while in Venice. Walking around is extremely tiring in the heat and humidity. Location from hotel to the main attractions is extremely close by the water bus.
Be prepared for a hot walk to the hotel from the Zaterre station. Salute is a closer station but longer boat ride. Maybe I am just extremely heat sensitive and tired after my long flight.

Lovely place and great location!
The staff can be better trained - we had an unpleasant interaction with the receptionist. She gruffly tried to hustle us to check out ahead of time. I expect better in the hospitality industry. If it wasn't for this, I would have rated the place much higher.
