Breakfast was excellent. Room was funky, however did not offer us twin beds as sisters traveling together. Was a bit awkward. Location quiet and perfectly located behind the Academia and by the Academia Bridge. Quick walk to the Zattere stop as well. Shower a bit awkward to get in and out of which could be a problem for someone with mobility or knee issues.

Perfect location- sufficiently far away from the bustle to be peaceful but close enough to easily get back out there. Very comfortable and the art deco interior design was a get contrast to all the renaissance art elsewhere

Location also is good
This business about the water taxi. It appears the front desk employees have this deal going on with the owners of the water taxi, neglecting the best interest of hotel guests against the water taxi. I booked a water taxi for 2 from the Venice Sta Lucia to the hotel for E80. I was given instructions to call a Mr Davide when we get to Mestre station which is the stop before Venezia via Whatsapp
At 2:29 I informed him we arrived 2 stops before Ferrara. He responded that we should be arriving around 3pm
Unfortunately, the train stalled in Ferrara, the train stopped for over 20mins
At 3:04 I sent a message to Mr Davide
That We are now in Mestre,
Train was delayed, train trouble
Arriving in Santa Lucia 3:17PM.
3:17 we arrived in Venezia
I also called him to inform him about the delay
Its good to note that 9 out of 10 the train is delayed, always and they all know that.
He instructed us to find KFC and look for taxi 81. We had to pull our luggages outside the station and look for the KFC in front of the port. When we got to KFC the taxi was not there so I called him again and waited for awhile for the water taxi to finally arrive.
After the transport I tried to pay the driver the E80 in cash that they required but the driver said no pay the hotel, which was not the initial instructions.
When we got to the hotel to check in the front desk told me that I will have to pay and additional E50 because we were late and I did not inform the boat owner. I said thats not true, I can show you my messages that I kept him posted. He eventually said, sorry Madame, you will have to pay otherwise I will pay the E50. I said fine! But I dont want to deal with that company again. Its just disappointing that they listened to the owner of water taxi instead of their own clients.

It was beautiful and the location was fabulous. Morning breakfast was absolutely delightful
When I booked through the website I was given the option of two twin beds. I chose this hotel based solely on that option as I ( mom) was traveling with my adult son. Shortly after booking the none refundable room I received an email saying they couldnt guarantee the 2 twin beds. Im was utterly confused since it was actually an option given! Upon arrival I let the staff know that 2 twins was indeed what I booked and they said nothing was available. My adult son and I ended up sharing a bed. It wasnt the best situation but we really had no other options. Please remove this option from your listing if it something you dont offer. I could have booked somewhere else. Aside from that awkwardness, the room was beautiful as was the hotel itself. Breakfast was delicious.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The Ca'Pisani hotel exceeded our expectations in everything!
Stefano from the reception was simply the best!!! Helped us with reservations in different restaurants every night and provided the best service ever. Sincere thanks to him and the hotel staff.
The hotel also organised a wonderful private boat ride to observe the Redentore fireworks show, which was an unforgettable experience!
Would gladly book at the same hotel when we visit Venice again.

This hotel pays a lot of attention to detail, the room was neat, spacious and comfortable, the personnel was accommodating and very considerate in their actions. I also enjoyed the breakfast, especially the possibility to have it on the terrace on a tranquil street. The location is very good, connecting to pretty much everywhere you need to go (as I came for the film festival, connection to Lido was smooth). They also have good cooperations with local water taxi companies, arranging a boat on a short notice.
Everything was great, except the hairdryer belongs in a museum though. :) If you have needy or longer hair, I would suggest to bring your own, as the one in the room is very slow and in Ventian humidity makes your hair frizzy.
Also - the mirrors in the interior were nice, yet it takes time to adjust to the space, especially for those who have vision impairments.
On the user friendly design note - too many light switches, also tales time to adjust, which pne is for which light.
