Great location for the biennale. Not in the middle of all the fuss which is great.

It's location is perfect, away from the busy streets and crowds but still, very close enough to be right near the main attractions. Bonus aspect, was located next to coffe shops, groceries shops and even a delicious restaurant.
Everything was great I really enjoy the place, the style. it had everything. I would definitely book it again. I am just going to mention but it is a minor aspect, having a groceries market right below the property, I wanted to buy something to keep refrigerated for breakfast or as a snack, and I wasn't able to as there was no small fridge. It's probably my fault I should have thought about it when I book it.

This apartment is as cozy as the photos suggest, and the location makes it exceptional: it's in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance from all the places you'll want to visit. Snacks and breakfast can be gotten at the neighboring bakery and supermarket, and the street is also home to both a breakfast and dinner café.
The kitchen is equipped somewhat sparsely and could have done with e.g. a toaster and a water boiler. We initially missed a coffee machine as well, but appreciated the percolator after learning to use it.

The property was in a quiet location but yet close to things we wanted to do. The property was very roomy and clean as well. I really like the old original features and furniture in the home as well.
The beds were a little hard for me but some love them that way. The dogs in the neighborhood were using the entrance door as a bathroom which at times caused the stairway to smell. The unit itself was great though. This is not the owners fault and I’m assuming happens to a lot off units in the area. I would still stay there again and not sure how they could stop this from occurring.

Lots of space and having individual rooms for each person was great. Location was perfect - grocery store close by allowed us to make some meals at the apartment.
A bit humid but imagine this is to be expected in Venice!!

Location is excellent, away from the hustle and bustle but really close enough to walk to everything. 15 minutes from St. Marks. 15 minutes to nearest Vaparetto. Great bar just downstairs too! There are steps up into the flat as mentioned but we did not find this a problem. Property is lovely, just as descriped, a real taste of proper venice, I loved looking out of all the windows into the gorgeous courtyards below. Was great to have the air con, even in September the rooms did get a little warm but aircon was extremely efficient. We switched on to cool the apartment down when we came home at the end of the day, then switched off at night.
Everything was great, we loved it.

Really clean, fantastic location and quiet but with bars and restaurants nearby. The host was really helpful in telling us about the area and it was conveniently located with nearby shops but away from the main hustle and bustle. Was only a short few minutes walk from the main parts.

We thought the apartment was ideally located, close to the the Basilica and St Mark's Square. The interior was true venetian and tastefully decorated with plenty of room for our family!

The nicely renovated apartment is located in an old building. You can feel the Venetian atmosphere very well, and the beautiful furnishings also help with this. In the street, 5 steps from the apartment, there are several authentic Venetian bars where you can easily get your morning coffee and croissant. A few streets away, there are also spacious shops where you can buy all the things you need for daily life.
It is located relatively far from tourists, in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
San Marco square can be reached in ten minutes via mysterious roads and bridges.
The apartment key can be obtained quickly and safely, the owner is helpful.
