The room is very spacious and the beds are comfortable. With the shutter windows the room stays dark.The location is right in the heart of everything. The communication and check in process was easy. We got in 12 30 am and had no issues.

The location was wonderful. Very close walk to excellent restaurants, museums, and water taxi stops. Conveniently close to St Mark's Square, but quieter. The rooms were larger than most we've experienced in Italy and comfortable. Although we didn't use it, having a kitchenette was a pleasant surprise. Perfect for a longer stay. We would definitely stay here again.
The living room furniture needs to be updated, and doors need to be put on the showers. The upstairs bedroom was
warmer than the downstairs bedroom, but we may not have used the thermostat correctly. A few maintenance items include an upstairs window and one dining chair.

The apartment is close to everything. Just a short walk from the water taxi stop. There’s a nice restaurant on the corner with a great breakfast. We would definitely come back. Thank you!

The location was ideal - close to all the main attractions & still quiet at night. The apartment was clean and spacious & the loft with an incredibly comfortable bed was amazing.

The property manager Matteo was extremely accommodating and helpful even before we arrived. Excellent ?
The decor of the Appartments is very calm, authentic, pared back feel and flows well. Very comfy linen and pillows. Spotlessly clean.
Just one little thing. A cafetière for making a pot of coffee wasn’t available. Bring one with you. It’s a basic thing but not worth staying somewhere else for .

Hotel room was neat good, Children bed was not comfortable. Heating in the room was good. Very near to Sant Angelo within walking distance. We received warm welcome from staff and he helped me with luggage and necessary information for travelling back to airport
Unfortunately we forgot the sling bag with wife earrings in the hotel room. Bag which had the earrings was found but couldn't find the earrings inside.

Spacious and comfortable apartment with a really nice host and in close vicinity to major sightseeing spots in Venice.
The closet in the bedroom was a bit dusty.
