We liked that it was spacious in a good location. And the outside terrace was a nice addition. Also the guy in the barbershop next door was really kind and let us use his phone to contact the manager when our phone service stopped working.
There were a lot of stairs to get to the apartment.

We had a lovely holiday in Venice. It was partly to do with the great central location near Campo San Stefano with its numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars. It was also close to San Marco & easy to get to the Rialto area with its fabulous market. The apartment was very comfortable & well equipped. The bonus is that it has a terrace. The weather was fine so we had drinks there a few times. I would gladly recommend this apartment!

This apartment is fabulous! It is spacious and tastefully decorated with everything you need. We loved the terrace.
Nothing really. Some extra help with carrying bags up the 53 steps would have been good.

Wonderful spacious attic facing Campo San Maurizio, very conveniently located to visit Venice, a few steps away from La Fenice theatre. It's a well renovated accomodation, full of character and with plenty of windows. The kitchen is well equipped and the lovely terrace a fantastic viewing point to enjoy when the weather allows.

We were in Venice for the Biennale and the exhibition is magnificent. The apartment is very well located, in a quiet square not far from San Mark Square, and it's also very pretty with a nice tiny terrace. However the apartment is much smaller than what it looks from the pictures published on booking.com; the second bedroom is not a real bedroom but a space under the roof with very low ceiling that you have to be bent over, with a single bed where you have to swipe to reach it. Colourful note: the day of the check out which is at 10 AM, the cleaning lady started to ring the door at 9 AM, of course we did not answers and she literally sent us out at 9:50 AM. Overall the experience was positive, the apartment is beautiful but it's a one room apartment perfect for a couple.

Very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Convenient to attractions and eateries. Well equipped kitchen with utensils. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Do not hesitate to book this property. The description and pictures are an accurate representation.
It was a top floor flat with a right staircase, but the beauty and comfort was worth the climb. Avoid traveling to Venice with large luggage.

Perfect location. Very, very Close to everything, but sufficiently far from the crowds! Amazing view to Campo San Maurizio.
The apartment is adorable. Decoration of extreme taste, well maintained and very comfortable. The hostess is super attentive and careful. Simply flawless. Couldn't have found a better place.
My only gripe would be the shower pressure, but I don't think this can be resolved.

The steps to this fourth floor apartment are worth the effort as you enter this period piece, well appointed apartment. Our hosts were extremely gracious, communicative, and attentive, Restaurant recommendations were on point for any true foodie,and the location is fantastic. The vaporetto stop at Giglio is great for an intimate small canal touring experience!!

Communication with the host was excellent. They were in touch with detailed maps and instructions and were really helpful with a wide range of information on Venice as a whole. There were useful books and clear instructions. The flat is quiet, very central and really clean and spacious. The air conditioning worked well which was a relief on the hot days when we visited
There was no bath mat and not enough towels for the whole group but that is really a small thing. The lights in the bedroom are all really bright and there is no way of turning only one side light on so as to read without troubling the other person... again, a small thing but may be nice to look into. The loft area has very low head room and is really only good for a child
