Super nice place, with a super host. Asked to book us restaurant, which he was more than welcome to do. Additionally loads of useful information was send about Venice. Would recommend the place anytime!

Ideally situated in Santa Croce close to S. Stae vaporetto and the lovely Campo San Giacomo, this is a very well-appointed appartment with the added bonus of a roof terrace. Everything you need is provided and it is a very comfortable space for a couple, although there is an extra single bed upstairs. Paolo is an imaculate host and could not have been more helpful. We loved it.

immaculate property with all the facilities you could wish for . The images truly represent the property accurately. Set in quieter location away from the hustle of Venice but close enough to wander into the centre. very good communication upon arrival .

The apartment was beautiful and tastefully decorated. We found it had everything we needed for a for a complete and comfortable stay. It was close to the waterbus and a myriad of shops and sights while still feeling like it was in a residential neighborhood. The terrace was especially nice in the evening.

the accommodation has everything you need. In addition, it is very lovingly furnished, the beds are extremely comfortable and the very well-functioning air conditioning system makes it easy to endure even hot days in Italy. the apartment invites you to feel good. the icing on the cake is the roof terrace. ??

We stayed for a week for our honeymoon. Great location, near everything you need. Coop is just round the corner as well as restaurants and shops in Giacomo dell'Orio. Dario met us and showed us the apartment and reassured us if we needed anything to pop him a message. The apartment is a good size for 2 people. Full sized fridge, hob worked great, plates and bowls and cups, everything you need to cook your own dinner etc. Wi-fi was good. Shower was good. Bed was amazing! So comfortable after a long day. Terrace had amazing views - you can even see some of San Marco's Campanile! Microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Quiet too. TV was mounted so you could turn it, we used the YouTube app and it was great! Thanks for a wonderful stay.
60 steps to the door ( which was expected as it's on the top) but still a little difficult!

A wonderful and cozy place! Even though the apartment is rather hidden and in a quite area, it is so centra that you can reach the main sights in a short walk. The rooftop terrace is fabulous!
