Beautiful apartment in a quiet but convenient location. Luca and his wife were fantastic hosts. We were met promptly for check-in and were given helpful recommendations about what to do, where to eat, and how to get around. The apartment had everything we needed and was in excellent condition.

You can’t beat the location. Quiet and residential, yet close to everything. Luca was very helpful. He met us close by, walked us to the property, advised us on all the best places to eat and how to get around. Our first time in Italy couldn’t have went any smoother, thanks to Luca. We would definitely stay again!

Location. Connivence to public water transportation. Owner Luca was very pleasant, kind and helpful. He was easy to communicate with during our stay.
Having to go over bridges for public water transportation to airport. We had to take luggage up stairs. You can avoid this by taking a private water taxi to airport.

Luca was fantastic and the apartment was in a great location; close to the waterbus stop and away from the hustle and bustle. St Marks Square is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! The host was excellent—super helpful from the moment we booked. Communication was clear, timely, and consistent throughout, which made everything so easy. He went above and beyond to support our trip, offering great local tips and being available whenever we had questions. Recommended some great restaurants to eat at. The space was just as described, clean, comfortable, and well-located. Truly appreciated the hospitality—it made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, spacious apartment. Air conditioning helped with the extreme heat. Excellent communication with the owner. Loved the location away from
the crazy business of the centre, but conveniently around the corner to the water buses and airport transfer. Loved it so much!
Everything was perfect. Perhaps a proper towel rack in the ensuite bathroom would help as this was missing.

The host was wonderful. He met us at the dock and made sure we knew where to go and answered all of our questions. The two bathrooms were great for a family of five. We also felt the beds were very comfortable.
My one concern was the door from the alleyway not locking and the entry way leading up from the alley to the apartment was very dark. This was my main concern for safety purposes.
