Very clean and spacious. Right in the middle of everything you want to see. Easy to get to and from from the nearest taxi drop. Everything was perfect. The host who met us and took us to the apartment was lovely and kind. Helped us with restaurant recommendations and was available for further inquiries. Samantha set up several arrival and a departure taxi for us. Flawless. Thank-you!

The host met us and personally walked us to the apartment to show us around and answer any questions we had. The host provided coffee, shampoo/conditioner/body wash and some bottled water and a bottle of Prosecco. The bedrooms were large and the apartment was in a fabulous location - steps away from Piazza San Marco. We also enjoyed the hosts restaurant suggestions and she booked several water taxis for us. We would love to stay there again!

poor communication, the "how" and where were very confusing and not clear. Once there, the host was very pleasant.
No AC in the main bedroom. I told the host that they sent someone late, and the AC worked only for that evening and failed the next day

The location was very convenient. Not too long of a walk from the water taxi - Doable with luggage. The apartment was above all the stores and Restaurants. Also a very close walk to San Marcos Square. I had a great time in exploring the city from there.
The men’s were comfortable, and the rooms were big. Plenty of room for our family
72 steps to access the apartment. We knew about it so I’m not complaining, but it couldn’t make a difference for some people would not be able to carry their luggage up the stairs.
Also, one of the bedrooms did not smell good. It is the smell from the alley below. Nothing he owners could do about it, it’s just the way it is in Venice. Something to be aware of though.

Perfect location! Hosts were easy to reach, quick to respond, very helpful with recommendations, parking, water taxi, etc. We were greeted at the water taxi by Federica who walked us to the apartment and gave us tips on the apartment and Venice. We were greeted with a bottle of water and Prosecco., coffee and snacks… very much appreciated. We found a little grocery store nearby within walking distance. Highly recommend staying at this apartment. Will be back again.
This is just a heads up for guests of Venice, nothing about the property… Bring mosquito repellent. The mosquitos were very bad in Venice. Don’t leave windows open or they come inside.

We have head a great experience with Samantha, owner of our apartment ,right in the centre of Venice, behind San Marco square. It was ideal for all. Samantha got in touch with us a few weeks before and a few days before our arrival. From being dropped off by the boat, it was only 3-5 minutes walk. We were greeted by Valentina in the San Marco square and taken yo the apartment. She was very accommodating and even went through the map to answer all our questions.
Samantha was quick yo answer our queries, very kind. She suggested a great restaurant to on our last night.
Thank you Samantha, your apartment was very clean and comfortable.

Great location. Spacious bedrooms in the apartment and well equipped kitchen and bathrooms.
Great communication with host and was lovely to be met on arrival.
Also lovely to have a bottle of prosecco and water in the fridge and all the teas/coffee facilities appreciated.
There wasn't anything we didn't like, but in the spirit of possible improvements a more comfortable sofa would be good and some milk for tea/coffee.

Loved the location! Short walk to San Marcos and Rialto Bridge. Tons of shops and restaurants Host scheduled water taxi from airport when we arrived and another one to go to train station when we left. Gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants!

Our recent stay in Samantha’s house was an unforgettable experience!
The kindness and the professionalism of the owner was something very important because it made our holidays easy and beautiful!
The house is located in the center , actually in the morning there is a small coffee shop in the street where you can enjoy your morning coffee as an Italian and walk among all the shops and taste the real life of Venice !
In about less than 5 minutes all the famous places you have to visit like San Marco or Palazzo Ducale and actually the canals from where you can take public transportation or gondola and enjoy a memorable tour in the Canale Grande !!!
The location was so important as we where travelling with our little son and we where always so very close to everything!
In our check in kind Federica was there to give us information and make sure we had everything we needed!
we will come back very soon as we felt like home and Venice is an amazing place but also we have already missed the hospitality and the warmest welcome of the owner !
Samantha you are one of the kind !!!

Perfect location ! Heart of San Marco Square. Samantha is a wonderful host going beyond property rental. She hired our private water taxi from/to airport. She provided welcome treats like water, juice, coffee pods snacks and even a bottle of Prosecco ?? it's your home away from home! Thank you!
