This hotel is enough off the beaten path that it's quiet and romantic in the evening, but you're in Venice so neither is it too far to anything. The breakfast was amazing. The room was beautiful and the grounds were even better. Nothing like being picked up at your hotel's own water taxi stop, or just going around the corner to the local vaporetto station.
OK, so one time we wanted to eat breakfast in the garden, which we were told not to do because of mosquitos. Then another time we tried to have some wine and cheese in the garden and they told us the restaurant was opening soon, so we couldn't sit at the tables. I would just like to say that if you can't have breakfast in the garden because of mosquitos, probably dinner is even worse? So there was some kind of communication problem there that was not representative of the rest of our nearly perfect stay.

Location: very calm area, close to the vaporetto stop where you can take orange line to the airport.
Breakfast: amazing, there were many vegan foods
Palace: very beautiful, the hotel itself is the attraction, there are beautiful decorations, paintings, chandeliers, there is also a very pretty garden

Amazing hotel - we loved everything about it!!
Nothing - it was great! Some may not like that it is not right in the middle of the tourist area but we loved that it was in a quiet area and only a short walk from all the attractions

- At check out, the staff became aggressive because I simply asked a question about the charges. Was very unprofessional. He could simply answer normally

The hotel is gorgeous! Very cozy! The location is great; near good restaurants! The staff is amazing! Besides all that, my wife loved the bathroom. She said that it was made for women! There was a very good hair dryer and a mirror specially made for her to put makeup on.
