Great staff , very helpful and kind. The location is great . Hotel is clean , also the room was perfectly clean.
Temperature in the room was too low for this period of time and even we set the heating on higher temperature, it took all night to get a fair temperature. Also the radiator in the bathroom was not heated at all even we checked and it was opened. The parking was overrated, 40 Euro for 1 day is pretty high.

breakfast staff very cold, din"t even great the patrons in the morning, they didn't even went around picking up used plates we where at this hotel about 4 or 5 years ego and the service was excellent

We stayed here as an alternative to staying in Venice itself. The hotel is very conveniently situated directly adjacent to the train station, making it a breeze to get there as well as travel into Venice for the day. Staff were very accommodating at check in and got my room ready early. Breakfast was pretty good but also very popular and crowded. The bathroom was quite large.
While it is convenient to stay near the train station the neighborhood is rather touristy. There are a few touristy restaurants nearby but if you walk a bit you will find pizza restaurants and a few other places. The room was economical but average with a very small desk and plastic chair for working.

Beautiful finishes in an early 20th century building in perfect location adjacent to train and bus. Excellent and elegant coffee shop with wonderful efficient service.
While one is always attracted to Venice, this Mestre property works excellent with access to the airport or day trips into the historic areas with clean efficient rooms and excellent value. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

The staff there were professional and the cleaning ladies were so happy in their dedication for their work, which made the hotel environment so cozy and pleasant!

1) location is very good, near the train station.
2) nice breakfast.
1) The area around the hotel at night not feels the safest. I guess it because its near the train station. but from the other hand, there is lot of tourist around. so its ok.
2) I have been in multiple hotels in Italy, this is the first time in the checkout I was asked if I would like to put tip to the hotel staff. I don't have problem with tip, I have problem when someone asks me for his tip. Im not the hotel owner who pay the bills to the staff, I will pay if I think someone did extra good job.

Location is ideal — just opposite the Mestre train station, with excellent public transport connections to Venice. Rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean; the staff are friendly and helpful. The private parking is available onsite. We were also able to leave our car in their secure parking for a few extra days while we visited other cities by train, which was a big help.

Stayed here with my sister in law and it was perfect. We had two separate twin beds and a big bathroom and places to stage our luggage. The hotel is directly across the street from the train that takes your to Venice proper. There was parking on site and cafe attached to the hotel. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent room. Italian staff extremely helpful to me especially as I am profoundly deaf. There was no issue storing our luggage in hotel after checking out as we were attending the Super Cup Spurs v Paris St Germain in Udine later in the day and returning to hotel to pick up our luggage on following day.
