Fairly modern and well maintained, this hotel was a great place to recover from a long flight. The location next to the train station was very convenient and the breakfast was nice.
We booked a “junior suite” and the room we received was definitely not that based on the photos they advertised. The staff assured me that our room was considered a junior suite, but since we were only staying one night, I didn’t press the issue further.

I have stayed here numerous times. The rooms are clean. The rooms are relatively large. The staff is professional and friendly. The location is excellent. You have a safe in your room. You have the ability to control the heat or a/c. The decor is modern. Some rooms have bathtubs and showers, some just showers.
It’s busy, and unfortunately many of the guests have not been acculturated to considering the impact of their noise on others, particularly the slamming of doors. The walls are also thin and rattle. Fortunately, almost all the guests are in bed by 11. So, it didn’t impinge all that much on my getting a good night’s sleep. The hotel, for its part, can probably mitigate the noise issue by installing a device on the doors that prevents slamming and installing new flooring in the hallway. If you’re going to leave notices about how I need to save the environment by not changing my towels or having my room cleaned, you could leave notices reminding people to take off their shoes on the hardwood floors and not slamming doors to preserve others’ peace and not chatting in the hallways when their tour group pulls out.

Room is also spacious.

Great staff , very helpful and kind. The location is great . Hotel is clean , also the room was perfectly clean.
Temperature in the room was too low for this period of time and even we set the heating on higher temperature, it took all night to get a fair temperature. Also the radiator in the bathroom was not heated at all even we checked and it was opened. The parking was overrated, 40 Euro for 1 day is pretty high.

breakfast staff very cold, din"t even great the patrons in the morning, they didn't even went around picking up used plates we where at this hotel about 4 or 5 years ego and the service was excellent

We stayed here as an alternative to staying in Venice itself. The hotel is very conveniently situated directly adjacent to the train station, making it a breeze to get there as well as travel into Venice for the day. Staff were very accommodating at check in and got my room ready early. Breakfast was pretty good but also very popular and crowded. The bathroom was quite large.
While it is convenient to stay near the train station the neighborhood is rather touristy. There are a few touristy restaurants nearby but if you walk a bit you will find pizza restaurants and a few other places. The room was economical but average with a very small desk and plastic chair for working.

Beautiful finishes in an early 20th century building in perfect location adjacent to train and bus. Excellent and elegant coffee shop with wonderful efficient service.
While one is always attracted to Venice, this Mestre property works excellent with access to the airport or day trips into the historic areas with clean efficient rooms and excellent value. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.
