Close to train station and Venice by train was only 10 minutes.
The person who checked us at the front desk was not polite.

Very Good
spacious room. good breakfast. easy access to Mestre station.
The comforter was too thick and too hot, and despite turning the AC down to 50 degrees F it was still stifling in the room.

Wonderful
Welcoming staff
I didn't like the coffee. I ordered an americano and it was really watery and tasted like instant coffee. I didn't even finish it.

Pleasant
Location is great
Unfortunately, the room amenities and housekeeping service were disappointing. At check-in, there were only two tissues in the room, and they were never replenished. Tea, coffee, and other basic essentials were also not restocked during my stay.
Additionally, the windows did not provide adequate sound insulation. Street noise was extremely loud, with people laughing and shouting until approximately 5:00 a.m., making it very difficult to sleep. For a comfortable hotel stay, better housekeeping attention and improved soundproofing are greatly needed

Jessica at reception is outstanding and exceptional! Close to the train station. Moved our rooms due to a room mishap by previous clients. Parking was great!

The light in my single bedroom should be placed at headboard side and not on the counter. Cannot read without a light.

Very Good
Hotel room was very clean. Public spaces were very nice. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful
Room was very “spartan.” The room had only the bed, 2 simple chairs, desk/table, and an open closet. The bathroom was large but very little space to unpack toiletries/makeup.
There was no security lock on the door inside the room. You couldn’t prevent someone from opening the door with a key while you were sleeping, dressing, etc. Also beds were very hard. My husband woke up with severe back pain from the hard mattress.
