The property was close in proximity to everything such as restaurants, shops and activities.
There was no place to sit other than your room which didn’t t have chairs. It needs a sitting room to relax after a long day out.

Super location! Centrally located to all the major sites as well as the vaporetto (water bus). Breakfast was filling with hot and cold offerings, as well as fresh, custom coffee options. The room was well appointed and quiet with a super comfy bed. I slept solid each night of my stay - it was wonderful!

Location was good but hard to find. Once located could navigate there easily. Exceptional breakfast. Host was exceptionally helpful in explaining where to find places in Venice. Will certainly stay again.

Samuel was the perfect host. He cooked for us every morning scrambled eggs to go with cornetto, prosciutto, cheese, oatmeal, toast and fruits along with good coffee. He shared his favorite spots and gave us a map to help acclimate us to Venice. The location was in a fantastic part of San Polo - which is central to all of Venice. You are surrounded by great restaurants, shops and you could walk to most highlights of Venice in 10-25 minutes. Rooms were cozy and a bit dated but charming. The bathroom was clean and more modern.
Stairs. My wife has a bad knee so you have to climb about a dozen steps to main landing and our room was on the next floor above, another 15 steep steps. But my wife still loved the place and would want to stay here again.

The host, Samuel, was exceptionally kind and helpful. We appreciated his recommendations and advice in navigating Venice. The apartment was clean and spacious and we slept comfortably and appreciated the updated bathroom. The location was ideal - very close to a water taxi stop. Samuel met us at the stop and was gracious to answer our questions.

The room is centrally located but away from the loud crowds. The breakfast was wonderful with assortment of cold and warm food. The cappuccino was wonderful and they even had lactose free milk available. If you want to walk around a bit after check out, they will store your luggage. Good to know- you will need to carry your luggage up 1 or 2 flights of stairs depending on what room you get. Communication before hand with check in instructions was great.

Perfect location, close to all historic places and grand canal with many restaurants and shops on its doorstep.

Rialto dream was the best choice we made to see Venice, everything was in walking distance and also really close to a stop on the grand canal to catch a water or Vaporetto. The apartment was beautiful and breakfast was great, Samuel was a fantastic host really enjoyed meeting him, gave us useful tips for our trip! Thank you very much!

Elena is the best host ever. She was super welcoming and made us feel so comfortable and did everything right. She gave us the best advices about what to see and how to reach there in the most efficient and inexpensive way. The breakfast was awesome, the room and the entire building was super clean. Amazing experience!

Great B&B right in the middle of Rialto district in Venice. Fast and great communication before arrival. Host welcomed us and provided area information and recommendations. Breakfast was lovely with eggs and an assortment of other items including cappuccino! Highly recommend!

It's simple, nothing fancy, but very cozy and most importantly Elena as a host made our experience really unique. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Made a nice breakfast for us and even prepared some snacks for early flight. Highly recommended place, the location is very touristic but relatively quiet at night in comparison with other streets

we loved the venician look of the b&b, close proximity to Rialto, amazing Elena who just made our trip fabulous.
there is nothing if I was to really put them it will be not having elevator to level one, but I would again come back and stay here even if I have 4 large suitcases coz Elena is amazing host and this place was incredible; photos displayed don’t do the justice as this place is pristine clean and modern venician style accommodation
