Beautifully furnished room located in the central San Polo neighborhood, making everything easily accessible. We had a patio in the back which was very peaceful and perfect for the delicious breakfast that was served. Gianluca was very communicative regarding check in and helpful with helping us figure out transportation to the airport in the early morning. Wish we could have stayed for breakfast (especially that chocolate/hazelnut croissant) that last morning, but alas!

Gianluca was amazing from the minute we booked this property. Communication was great throughout and Gianluca ensured the room was ready for us before our arrival. We really loved the aesthetic of the room. Above that, the breakfast that was served in the morning was amazing! Overall this has been the best stay in Italy so far. Thank you B&B Patatina!

The B&B was exceptionally easy to find, had amazing hosts, and was a comforting place to return after a long day.
The hotel is a little far from some of the major sights of the city, but this is a minor inconvenience if you're looking to walk the city anyway.

It was a very comfortable room, with a Venetian style, very clean and it has a great view of the city. Gianluca was very kind and has a very easy communication. We enjoy a lot the breakfast menu.
That there’s a lot of stairs (no elevator) to get to the room, and we have very heavy suitcases.

This hotel/ bed & breakfast was beautiful inside and outside. The host was so kind and helpful. He gave the perfect directions to help us navigate through the city to find it. The AC was a lifesaver. The wifi worked great. It's in a beautiful location in the city. Beds are so comfy. Shower ran great. There's a fridge! Loved everything about it.

Super lovely staff, and the breakfast was exceptional. The view and balcony we had was also amazing, and there was plenty of closet space in our room.
It is about a 15 minute walk (with plenty of stairs) from public transport and was 3 sets of stairs up to our room, which is a little difficult if you have a lot of luggage. This was the top floor though.

It says in the Google Map about 10 minutes walk from the train station, but with going up and down stairs and going through narrow streets, dragging your luggages? Makes me wanna think twice if i wNt to go back! Lol!Room was really small and they put a sleeper chair bed against the wall which makes the room even more compacted.

The wonderful staff including the owner, John Luca, a great breakfast, the most comfortable bed & cleanness of the place in general.
The long walk, over the numerous bridges with our heavy luggage, the unbearable heat & my walking disability from one water station to the Air B&B which ended up taking us close to 45 minutes to walk to…

Gianluca was amazing. Answer my questions promptly. The breakfast was awesome. Easly a 20 euros breakfast included in the price. We were a party of 3 so I easily saved 44 to 50 dollars and the food was really good.
