Andreas was a wonderful host! Andreas was welcoming, helpful when answering questions, and gave great recommendations. The facilities were exceptionally clean. The location is great and a short walk from the San Angelo stop.

We loved staying here! It was so central, less than 10 minute walk from St Mark’s Square. The facilities were so clean, had AC, and comfy beds! He had a blow dryer and straightener too which was SO helpful!
The neighbor is beautiful too, right by the water taxi and St Marks, but it’s away from the crowds which keeps it relaxing and quiet. Andreas was also a great host! I wish we had more time to visit with him.

Everything. It is a place full of local details and exceptional service.
The room is very comfortable and you are pampered with tea, coffee and small cookies inside the room. You also have a small safe inside and hair dryer.
In the bathroom you have complementary toothbrush, toothpaste and vanity kits in case you need them.
Everything is clean and of excellent quality.
The owner is super kind and incredible helpful with all the questions that you may have as a tourist (and I had a LOT) and with the best attitude in the world. ??

It was the first time me and my sister went to Venice. We booked the canal view room at B&B Fortuny. It was very clean and comfortable. The host Andrea was very helpful. The breakfast had everything one would need. We had a lovely, pleasant stay and would be back, if we had the opportunity.

It was a bit chilly in the room, but the thick duvets keep you warm (and you can also find an extra blanket in the closet).

The room was a bit too cluttered. Should have had more free surfaces areas for guests’ stuff. No need for pot pourri and incense everywhere. No towels on the bed. Too many toiletries in bathroom.

The location is ideal, close to everything. It's easy to arrive by "Vaporto" and it's easy to go out and travel in all areas. It's obvious that Andrea, the owner, cares for the place with great love. He welcomed us very nicely, gave us a map of the city and explained everything we needed. The room and the whole place are sparkling clean - very pleasant and it's obvious that Andrea Think of all the little details.

The apartment is in a great location, with easy access to the train station and airport. Close enough to all Venice has to offer but away from all the people. It is very clean and has everything you need. There was cleaning service throughout our stay, which was a plus. Check-in was a breeze. I would recommend staying here if you are in Venice.

No common space…just a room. Staff were nonexistent. No one came in during breakfast, just self-serve.

Property was very clean. The host was helpful.
Breakfast wasn’t the best, and the room was uncomfortable warm. They have AC going that is trying it’s best. But just couldnt keep up.
If you looking for just a place to sleep. I’d consider it ok

The thoughtful details: everything we needed from this B&B was provided. The host, Andrea was in contact from the day I booked the room, through our departure. Travel options from airport to San Marco, exact directions to find the property, recommendations for sightseeing — Andrea thought of everything. Our highlight, the breakfast! It was the perfect start to each day.
