everything - location, friendly staff, the rooms were beautiful and immaculate, the breakfast, the terrace, the view from the room. Bottle of prosecco at check in was a lovely touch.

Wonderful
Had a top floor room with immediate access to a roof deck from which the sun set over Venice was beautiful. Free and unlimited Prosecco was provided in the early evening, which put a nice shine on the day before dinner. Breakfast was perfectly charming, tasty and more than filling. Great coffee too. B&B was next to a pretty square with restaurants including Ristorante Moro, which is quite upscale and absolutely excellent. Also, I attended a wonderful classical music concert in the Chiesa Vidal, which was superb. Finally, B&B was close to the vaporetto water taxi service and walking distance to many of the main locations in Venice. All told, I made the right choice with B&B Bloom Settimo Cielo - highly recommended.

Location. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Gorgeous room overlooking church. Breakfast was good.
Stairs!!! Absolutely my fault for not inquiring before booking. 65 stairs to get to our floor. Tough for 2 senior citizens after a day of already walking and climbing stairs.
I suggest clearer directions to check in office. Website gives directions to door of hotel but check in office is around corner. Fortunately a guest leaving directed us to the check-in location. After long flight it helps to have an accurate location. Dragging bags around and upstairs is unnecessary.

The room was gorgeously decorated. Super Clean rooms and building. The washroom was large and clean with amenities in it. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices. Location was great. Quick walk to everything.
The rooms were located up 5 flights of stairs that we were not expecting. Also, no airconditioning.

Beautiful amazing roof deck for lovely views in a nice quiet part of Venice.
Since they operate multiple properties in the area, it was a bit challenging at first understanding where to go to check in and out, but otherwise everyone we interacted with was very helpful

The Bloom B&B was great, beautiful rooms and roof patio looking over the square. We sat in the library because it was too sunny on the open patio. Bright and pleasant surroundings. The room was very comfortable, we were next to the library on the fourth (top) floor. Breakfast was excellent and the service was equally great. Would definitely stay again on our next visit to this incredible city.
The only challenge was carrying our luggage up the narrow staircase but that’s to be expected for the location.

The room was small, but very clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. There is a staff member whose name I did not get, but she was very nice and accommodating, in making up the room and breakfast. Also, Francesca at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful in arranging a taxi the airport and a couple of amazing places to try. Also loved the roof terrace and the location is perfect.
I was unaware how many flights of stairs to get up the room, but I am older and did not realize there was not elevator. That's the only thing I would have liked to have after spending much of the day out and walking around. But it would not prevent me from coming back, and I would still recommend it.

We only stayed one night at the end of our 15 day European vacation but it was nice and comfortable. The amenities were plentiful. Unfortunately, we didn't get to experience the breakfast as we had to leave early for the airport but it looked like it would be wonderful.
There was an upper outdoor terrace with a bottle of prosecco provided.
A longer stay would have made it better.
Small room but I don't have anything to compare it to so that might be what to expect in Venice. The be was very comfortable though.

There was an absolutely breathtaking view out the window since the room is right next to an old church! The room itself was gorgeous and very beautifully decorated, with a few little extra thoughtful amenities that were a nice touch. There is also a beautiful terrace at the top of the hotel, which is perfect to spend an evening on. There is also a lovely sitting room, comfy chairs, and such a relaxing and luxurious vibe in the whole place! We would love to come back and spend more time here!
Only downside is the hot water didn’t last very long and just a note - don’t bring much luggage! The room is up a lot of steps. But it’s absolutely worth it staying here!

Staff was lovely and helpful, good location and facilities very clean. The room was small but comfortable. People with disabilities or who are daunted by stairs should be aware that there are a lot of stairs. The roof area with free prosecco was a nice treat at the end of the day

It was clean and quiet. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. View from terrace was beautiful. Short walk to main attractions. You get a free bottle of champagne.
There was no hot water in the morning on our last day.

The property was exactly what we expected in Venice, a converted historical stone building with very comfortable modern amenities complete with a beautiful rooftop patio. But the highlight of our was our very gracious house, Anthony. Very, very friendly and welcoming upon check-in and was able to help me with directions for a cruise ship pick up the following day. Anthony, you are a true gem and a gentleman. Thank you again.
