Absolutely lovely decor and the hospitality was unmatched. Would stay here again without a second thought.
The hallways have a slight smell to them, but likely due to the very old walls. This is not the property staffs fault. Just a very very old building, but well maintained.

The breakfast was an exceptionally generous continental breakfast, so much more than we expected. Served just outside our room on a quaint and private patio.
The location we specifically chose due to proximity to the Venice-Rovinj ferry. That area is very quiet, but a bit of a journey to San Marco square, etc..but very easy to navigate to water busses.
Nothing, Filippo was very generous with his time, expertise and knowledge of the area including restaurants, museums, etc..

Very spacious room and very nice staff! Received a complimentary drink and snacks when waiting to check in. Communication through WhatsApp was very handy :)
Room was on the ground floor, was bit dark for me on a cloudy day but for the rest everything was perfect!

Our room was clean and very comfortable. It was quiet and we liked the location away from crowds around San Marco. The staff was extremely helpful and was so nice to provide refreshments upon arrival!

Great location, good size room and comfortable bed.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful and gave us restaurant recommendations. Would definitely recommend if you want a stay in Venice that is away from the touristy areas.
You can relax in the quiet streets and browse the art shops. The Guggenheim Museum is worth a visit too.

This place was a gem. The staff were so attentive and nice. The room was such a great design and loved the patio. The bathroom was wonderful and loved the tile work. The staff was so helpful answering any questions we had about the city and provided us help with modes of transport as well as restaurant advice. Also loved that they welcomed us with water and a cool towel.
The only downfall about the whole place is the location. Quiet a hike from some of the main areas.

I had an excellent two-day stay at this hotel, and my experience was outstanding in every aspect. The location is perfect, close to shops. The room was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, promptly responding to all my requests. The breakfast was delicious and varied. I will definitely return here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and satisfying stay.
