Everything about our stay was wonderful, having stayed in Venice previously we knew the location was perfect, but we were very pleasantly surprised with the warm welcome, helpful staff, lovely room and great breakfast.
Would definitely recommend it highly.

Very Good
I booked the single room. Expectedly small, but the bathroom was a bit narrow. Maybe most of Venice hotels have limited space. The hotel was easy to get to from the train station. When you exit the station, turn left and walk about 5-8 minutes.

The location was the best part of the hotel. The night staff was nice. The rooms were very clean. If you’re looking for a very small hotel, with no need of assistance- this is your place. They were very helpful in finding me a water taxi and even helped bring out all my luggage.
There was no elevator, steep stairs just to get to the reception. I booked 3 rooms- for every little extra charge they had to repeatedly ask me to pay, not waiting till I checked out. There was no eating in the rooms. No feeling welcome. No children- not even for a few minutes without the 3rd degree. I felt like they were doing us a favor to stay there. I would never recommend it to anyone.

A beautiful charming boutique hotel! I love their breakfast and their beautiful chandeliers
All was very good . For the people that want to stay here don’t make my mistake to take to much luggage as their is no transportation so you need to carry your luggage through several bridges .

Immaculate and beautiful interior of room and common areas. Delicious breakfast offerings in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times.
No elevator for baggage and there are cheaper options available for that type of hotel.

Great hotel that has been nicely renovated. The bed was comfortable and the space was adequate for solo or couple travelers. A less than 10-minute walk to Venice Santa Lucia station is also a big plus. Let me not forget the front desk people who are very welcoming and very accommodating.
The TV could be a little bigger, if I'm being picky.

No lift. However, staff helped with luggage on the stairs.

Staff was friendly, accommodating for luggage storage before and after my stay, and the location was great. It is a short walk from the train (easy with luggage) station but not next to it so it's away from the middle of the crowds. The hotel is near good restaurants and there are several vaporetto stops nearby to easily get around to all points-- Venice is also very walkable. The breakfast buffet is well done, rooms clean, Wifi strong, and I would certainly stay again!

Location is great, about 10 mins from train station. You do need to pass a bridge to get to the hotel tho, if you are with big suitcase, better hide the portable “human” taxi to help move your stuff. The hotel is relatively new, just few years old, used to be a palace, according to the staff there. We got breakfast there, and it’s great!
The only thing I say is that the room we got is very small. But I can’t complain since it’s Venezia.

Everything was good, but my room was very close to the reception, the wall next to the reception was very noisy in the mornings, and my room had a small window facing the wall and no air conditioning for the bathroom

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and served in a beautiful, spacious room. The bed was comfortable.
Could have used a little more closet space. The room was efficient, but cluttered quickly for lack of space and storage.
