Wonderful
The English speaking staff was very friendly and helpful, helping with carrying luggage up and down stairs, providing directions, etc.
The breakfast was very good, offered many choices, and the attendant making coffees was quite good, always greeting us when we entered. Also, the setting for the breakfast was beautiful.
The bathroom was spacious with a huge tub.

Great location, 1 min walk from guglie bridge. Air conditioner throughout lobby and rooms was a relief this week with hot temps. Room was lovely colors, cool and clean. Service was warm, friendly and attentive.

Great location! Easily walkable from the ferry stop which made getting to and from the airport a breeze. It’s also far enough away from the major tourist hubs while still being very accessible. Lots of great restaurants nearby, especially to the north of the hotel - it has a more neighborhood feel.
The room we booked was very small which made it a little difficult for two people with three roller bag suite cases to keep organized.

Excellent location. Near the water taxi for the airport. It’s the public taxi. 20 euro for the airport. 160 euro for the private water taxi.
Walk outside of the hotel and there are restaurants everywhere. Very elegant hotel.

It's was OK - but not great. No place to sit. No place to use a laptop. A high price for a smallish room, very close to noise of main walking route.
Make it easier to get coffee. Provide a place for people to use a laptop. Do something about the very high price.

The front desk staff was warm and welcoming and helped with any recommendations we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable with great AC! The fluffy white robes were such a treat! The location was perfect for accessing everything we wanted to see and being close to many retail shops and grocery stores.
It was pretty much perfect!

Came here on my honeymoon while visiting Venice. It was a beautiful hotel with a wonderful breakfast. The hotel staff was so helpful. They recommended a restaurant and it was our favorite restaurant of our entire trip!

This is a great hotel! Staff is beyond friendly and helpful, especially Elena. We booked last minute and they were super accommodating and understanding of our situation. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely book again when returning to Venice.

Fantastic property in a great location near the train station and close to a canal. Also excellent restaurants,and shopping nearby. Beautiful dining room with an excellent breakfast. Very helpful conscientious staff. We felt safe and very cared for.
