The location was phenomenal! The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable
The flight of stairs was under estimated! Not three flights but six to our room. The lights on these stairs was timed and shut off quickly…so we had to navigate in the dark in the early morning and at nite! Very dangerous! Also I had a fall on an excursion… my cut was bandaged . Unfortunately blood soiled the sheet and comforter and Linens were left soiled and not changed! Only the bed was made!This is preposterous and not sanitari to say the least !

Fabulous location! It was nice to stay in a small family run B&B. We go personal attention and help with activities, water taxi and breakfast. Would stay again.
Everything was great, but as mentioned in the description, it’s on the third floor with lots of steps. Not a problem for us, but it may be for some.

I stayed with my mother for a short vacation and we had wonderful days in Venice. The staff at Aquamare Boutique B&B was truly exceptional, warm, attentive, and always ready to help with every detail. The room was elegant, spotless, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The location is perfect, peaceful yet close to all the main attractions

Stayed here with my mom and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect, especially if you’re short on time in Venice. Everything was clean, thoughtful, and beautifully done. Luana is a wonderful host who truly made the experience special. If you’re considering it, don’t hesitate, just book it.

Very clean and pretty. Staff and owners very friendly. My granddaughter’s first experience of international travel and she was so impressed.
Just be aware that it’s 3 flights of stairs up to your room.

Facilities were excellent. Room was very clean and very comfortable. Although not very large in size, still was spacious enough to be feeling very comfortable. Bathroom was gorgeous. Far above the standards that we have seen for Europe. The entire staff was lovely. Luana and Margarita made the experience very pleasant. They were Very helpful with arranging for Water taxis To get us from the train station to the hotel and back. Also, gave us good recommendations for restaurants in the area. Also, the included breakfast was very delicious and gave a good variety to select from.
The only negative about the property is the fact that there are a number of stairs from the entrance up to the third-floor of the B and B without any lift. Obviously, carrying luggage was more challenging in those situations. But not much you can do about that.

Location is ideal, right in the heart of things but enough "out of the way" to be relatively quiet. Marguerita was fantastic, pleasant, charming, helpful and always going the extra mile to make sure our first visit to Venice was excellent. She made several suggestions for restaurants as well as a suggestion to visit the mercato (early morning fish market). We took her up on some of her suggestions, including the fish market, and they all were exceptional. Our room and the common areas were all impeccable and very tastefully done. All in all a top-notch experience, highly recommend and we'll be returning!
