The accommodation was FANTASTIC! Margherita and her colleague were lovely and friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast on the sunny terrace was beautiful. The location was excellent and by far the best in Venice! Thank you so much, we will be back!

Great location, very local feel and great staff
No lift so difficult to get cases up the four flights of stairs. You need to organise a poster separately if you are older or your luggage is heavy.

It was elegant and modern but still with a Venetian style. Clean and very friendly staff, breakfast was always something to look forward too. We are on the terrace in the sun which was lovely. The location was perfect.

We loved the central location of the property which made it easy to explore the beautiful sights of Venice. Luana and Margherita were exceptionally warm and friendly, taking their time to give their personal recommendations about what to see and do during our stay.

Highly recommend staying here. Beautifully decorated throughout, comfortable bed, clean and well maintained property, tasty breakfast with a few options to choose from, friendly hosts, great central location and the rooftop terrace was an added bonus.
