Great location, a little away from the center, but within 10 minutes and you're on the main square.
The bathroom needs renovation, everything is very inconvenient, from the sink to the shower, washing your hair is extreme, and there was no water pressure, and the shower was not quite working at the time of our stay (we left a message to the owners that at least the shower needs repair, I hope that the shower will be fixed before the next guests visit).
TVs, you won't even find these in a museum, at least they could replace the one in the bedroom with a smart TV and a larger one.

Wonderful
Amazing location, near by the biennale and it has met our expectations. The beds were comfortable, dishwasher, dishes were ok. The host were kind ,picked us from water tram and let us in to the apartment so we were not lost . Thank you
there was a huge leak on the wall and we needed to switch off the airline, was was disadvantaged, we have reported to the host, he helped us and he was in touch

The host was easily available through whatsapp, responding all questions immediately. Instructions were very clear from the beginning.
The host made a racially insensitive comment about the restaurant right in front of the apartment. He mentioned that we should not eat in that restaurant because they are owned by Chinese people. I am Asian, so I was bothered by the commentary. This only confirmed a general anti-Asian behavior I perceived from people working in the city.
The shower is not great. The shower head is too close to the wall and it made it difficult to use it.

Great location, in the heart of Castello. Spacious and well equiped apartment near Arsenal, 10 min away from the center. Lots of good restaurants and bars nearby, bakery right across the street.. We had no issues with the bathroom leak reported by previous comments, so I believe that was fixed. Great communication with the host. Definitely recommend.

The apartment was lovely, great location and the owner was great! They have salt/coffee etc, which is nice to avoid lugging that around with you. Tons of great restaurants nearby!
The AC was in the living room, so the bedroom got really hot. There was a fan but it barely worked. Wifi went out periodically.

Amazing location. The living room was super comfortable with air con for extremely hot days. Great kitchen appliances. They provided coffee pods for the coffee machine and milk! :)
The shower was wobbly and leaked water over the bathroom.

Location is easy to Arsenale boat, and main street has many amenities. Rooms have sufficient light, and everything is in good shape.
I can imagine on a warm night being annoyed by noise from a local bar if there are some rowdy people there.

- great location, close to Biennale, and neighbourhood not too touristy. On walking distance to San Marco, Rialto, and the vaporetto brings you everywhere
- very well designed apartment, with everything you need. Goods beds, great kitchen, airco in living room, ventilator in sleeping room, luxurious bathroom
- host Ivan is very approachable and communicative, not intrusive at all
- no contra's, one would wish there were more apartments and hosts like this one!

Very nice and clean apartment, close to main tourist attractions, comfortable beds and fully equipped.
The host, Ivan is very friendly, a great guy, very helpful in all.
The apartment is perfect for 2, or up 4 people.
