Great location
Check in was confusing because there were no instructions on how to enter the hotel. The only phone number provided was a land line. I had no way of calling without a local cellular. If there had not been another customer and cleaning staff to provide direction, I am not sure how I would have gained access to my room.

Good size room. Comfortable bed, bathroom good size and entrance hall on arrival was stunning.
Complimentary mini bar was a nice touch.

Wonderful
Loved the location of this boutique hotel. Centrally located, fruit market and many bars and restaurants just outside of the room.
The only thing I didn't like is that there was no conditioner in the bathroom so I had to go to the store to buy some. At the price and level of this hotel I expected conditioner.

the blue light in the bathroom would be better if it was red so it doesn't interrupt sleep pattern. I didn't know there wouldn't be a front desk person to check in with - would have been good to have key location instructions ahead of time.

Very Poor
I was very disappointed with my stay. The bed had both fresh and older blood stains, and Google Lens suggested possible bed bug traces. I reported it to staff, who said the room was cleaned daily, but I didn’t feel comfortable staying under those conditions. I ended up spending four hours on a couch in the lobby and left to try and catch an earlier train. Not an experience I would ever want to repeat.

The staff was super welcoming, the room was spacious with a large comfortable bed. They even had drinks, snacks and wine available for free. It is located in a very active location with restaurants and bars etc. Highly recommend ??
There wasn't much we disliked, the only thing would be a lack of an iron.

Ants infestation.
Poor communication, never saw them. There’s no reception, we got sick and couldn’t talk with anybody until the next day.

The building was historic and beautiful, immaculately clean, convenient to everything I wanted to do. The staff were kind and efficient. It was just off of the busy street but very quiet. There were plenty of great restaurants within a 10 minute walk and also some great grocery markets. It is only about a 10 or 15 minute walk from the train station and you only have to cross one bridge. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, there is a graduated stairway next to the main stairs at the one bridge. I almost forgot the beautiful, modern shower and bathroom. Always a priority for me.
There were times when it was a little warm in the room but otherwise temperature control was good. Others have complained about mosquitoes. I did note only 2 mosquitoes during my stay there, but they were not in any way a problem. I did not get any mosquito bites and I was able to kill the two that did get in the room when they landed on the wall.

Huge room in a perfect location.
Coming from the airport, get the orange line waterbus to guglie and it’s a 5 min walk!
The room was huge and super clean and in a beautiful building too!
We couldn’t work out the air conditioning- wasn’t the end of the world though as it wasn’t too hot. Also we never asked for help with this and the hosts were really attentive so I’m sure they would have helped if asked!

The rooms were comfortable and attractive. The complimentary beverages were appreciated but certainly didn't compensate us for the incredible inconvenience and disappointment we experienced on arrival and during our stay.
There was very poor communication about the check-in process. This resulted in being locked out of the hotel despite our punctual late afternoon arrival and a 2 hour delay in getting a room, also due to having been issued a defective key card. No staff were on site and the receiving end of the intercom was faulty. The defective key card necessitated a room reassignment after we were required to forward a videotape via cell phone of our attempt to enter the initially assigned room to prove that we were using the key card correctly!!
A phone call, emails and concerns addressed by messaging over 3 days were ignored.
We requested quiet rooms but only one was quiet. The courtyard views were not attractive. The rooms were not tended to daily despite a specific request. I waited 2 days for a kettle and was not provided with any guest information.
I was again locked out of the hotel when the replacement key card failed to work 2 days after arrival. This time, a staff person was on-site to correct it but only after my guest telephoned through an App site on her cell phone to report the problem as I do not use this technology.
