Location was great—behind San Marco Square with great shopping and water taxis close by. The staff at the front desk wonderful. Helping us out with translating plans, restaurants recommends and even calling to confirm plans. Would definitely stay here again. Great breakfast buffet as well!
Could not get air conditioning to go a little lower.

The lighting was very good. Terrace room was nice for the view. Mattress was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was beautiful and functional even though it was small.
Someone opened our door at 11:30 PM after we had gone to bed and quickly closed it.

The location couldn't be better-right by St Marks square but a bit difficult to find at first. The included breakfast was very tasty with a lot of options. The staff were all very helpful with suggestions and directions.
The room was typically European "small" and the temperature was locked at 23 so it was a bit warm.

The location was perfect! Right next to St. Mark Basilica Buy tickets in advance because they run out very fast. A quick 5 min walk to and from water bus. A lot of little side restaurants with good prices. Supermarket a few feet away. Breakfast is ok. Nothing great but it will get you by until lunch time. The rooms are perfect, clean and have an amazing view. I would definitely come back when I visit again.

It is an update hotel with spacious room and bathroom. The stagfláció were very nice and welcoming. Excellent lovári on, close to major sites. Not noisy in spite of being next to San Mark’s Square.
We liked everything about the property.

The hotel's restaurant, Ristorante San Marco, was excellent! There were times when my family or I ordered the same thing twice, once at the hotel's restaurant and once at another location, and the hotel's was almost always better.
My room, located on the fourth floor, was also beautiful and comfortable. I was staying in the room by myself and there was plenty of space for me.
Also, the location was amazing! The hotel is right near St. Mark's Square, so it was easy to do some of the many things nearby or walk to the public transportation (the water buses).
The hotel's elevator is small and forgetful. For example, a family would likely need to take multiple elevator trips to bring all the luggage to their room. By forgetful, I mean that the elevator would 'forget' that you hit the button to summon it if it was already in use (which was often since the elevator was incredibly small). Then, if someone else hit the button to summon it from another floor before you realized what happened, you'd be waiting until the elevator was not in use to be able to use it. This meant that you'd be waiting often for the elevator. I would have just used the stairs if I wasn't on the fourth floor.

Location, location, location. Can't imagine you could do better for location, just steps from the Piazza. Staff was friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was ok, appreciated the eggs on request. Room was pretty small, but since we weren't spending much time inside, it was sufficient. It was also nice to have our room ready when we arrived even though it was well before check-in time.
