My keys were not unique. You could open my room. Using keys from bathroom we opened our room. Probably with one key you can open every door here.

The location was near the main train station. The receptionist was very friendly, and we were able to store our bags for a few hours.
The room was of moderate size, but there were too many beds and large pieces of furniture, making it difficult to walk around. Additionally, there wasn't enough space to place our luggage. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, it was nasty, so we had to open the windows and turn on the air conditioning while we went for a walk. There was no hot water for a shower, and the comforter had an unpleasant odor.

Good location to parking stations if you come with car. Area safe. You can walk 10-15 to center.
Clean specially the bathroom. 4person room good but. A little small. The warer pressure was only good in morning. Other things were good

It was an easy fifteen minute walk from the bus stop at Piazzale Roma and in a neighborhood with great restaurants (Dolfin next door was so good). The hotel was clean and safe with easy access and check in. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Venice is a very expensive city to stay in (at least compared to our other three destinations in Europe this trip) and I feel like this place offered us a great value.

The room was good.
The hotel was close to the city center. One can take a water bus from there.
There was no kitchen. Water was there. A refrigerator was there.

Perfect location, close to Piazzale Roma. Easy to arrive or leave from there by bus from the airport, boat, rental car. The street is not too busy but easy to walk everywhere. Great breakfast place, very close on the same street.
Cozy rooms, everything needed was there. A/C worked great. Very nice staff.
Don't expect huge rooms. It's an old building with small rooms. No elevator. We didn't miss anything though.

Very friendly and responsive staff. We had the family room for 4 people, it is small and basic, but clean and comfortable and the air conditioning in the room worked well. Better than we had expected.
Nice location and convenient to the bus and train station (about 10min walk).
Good value overall for Venice and a good option for a basic quick stay on a budget with easy access to the train and airport bus.
Shower is bad - very low water pressure and can only use the hand-held wand since the knob to switch to shower head is broken.
Mini fridge in the room is not cold at all.
Wifi is very slow, but there was a strong signal in the room.

The location, ease of checkin/out, the clean, new toilette. Bed was comfortable and linens were great.
The carpet on the staircase looks dirty and gives a poor impression when you arrive. The doors of the shower that lead directly to the room are transparent. A curtain on the outside would be great.

The hotel rooms are not sound proof. Could easily hear all going on in the corridor and the communal bathroom which was next to our room.

Our accommodation didn’t include breakfast. The highlight of the trip was seeing the Banksy and the Jewish areas
We are mature travellers and having to climb the three flights of steep stairs was a nightmare. The shower didn’t drain and mosquitoes were in abundance. Unfortunately it seems that all accommodation in Italy has exceptionally horrendous pillows and this place was no exception, the mattress was also a disaster
