Location just off Piazza Castello was fantastic! And Bus/Tram stops were within a minute walk, allowing us easy access to sites far from the city center in all directions. The staff was very helpful with a couple of wonderful restaurant recommendations and navigation hints. When we decided to extend our stay by a day at the last minute, they transferred our belongings to another room available on that day while we were off visiting La Reggia di Venaria. Both rooms were perfectly suited for our overall 5 day stay, including a spacious bathroom, comfortable beds, and pleasant balconies overlooking the courtyard.

Location, breakfast, cleaning was fine.
All the staff was very helpful and kind.
The room was too small. It was hard to open the lugagges and there is not enough space for the clothes. While booking take this in consideration.

Room was comfortable. Staff was outstanding! Gabriele, the hotel manager was so helpful as was Valentina, the assistant manager. Sophia took good care of me when I visited for wine and appetizers at the bar. Breakfast was great!
My shower leaked but it wasn't a big deal.

The room was spacious and the lay-out was nicely done. The bathroom is also spacious and clean. Location is perfect. Breakfast was alright. Reception team when we checked in were nice and friendly, though the clerk misinformed me with the check-in time. Checkout was seamless as well.
There was no complimentary drinking water in our room! We were in the 3rd floor and there was no phone in the room to call reception, so we ended up drinking the 2 bottled water in the mini bar which was 3 euros each! No hotel should be charging their guests for drinking water, that is just unreasonable! Our booking includes a free breakfast, I do not understand why we should be paying for a drinking water. Also, I did ask the lady if I can have an egg omelette for my breakfast, she responded yes but I have to pay 5 Euros! The hotel we stayed in Milan has much better customer service considering their room price are similar. Lastly, the room we stayed in was right next to the road, so it was naturally noisy. You can hear the cars, trams, etc passing by even in the late night til early morning. We can even hear the buskers signing their hearts out. Perhaps make the rooms by the street more sound-proof?
