The room was falling apart, it didnt look at all like the one in the photos of the description, water was constantly leaking in the wc, after each shower the floor was flooded. the staff hardly speaks English. A friend came to visit and they wouldnt let him in, even if I confirmed I wanted him to come up (it was raining outside). I could hear everything that was happening on the next room. on the check out they wouldnt give me an invoice even if I explicitly asked for one. And when i had left the room and came back to pick my luggage I wanted to use a bathroom and they said there was no bathroom available. It is NOT AT ALL a 3 stars hotel, and I would strongly recommend an inspection. Chose anything else if you are going to Torino. At least it was clean and hot water worked well, even if everything else looked shabby

Great location 2 minutes walk from Porta Nuova Station and 5 minutes walk from the bars and shops of via Roma etc.
Good price, friendly staff and easy check in.
Bed was comfortable and everything was very clean.
Room was a little basic and the bathroom a little dated. Certainly not below standard of many of the cheaper Italian hotels that I have stayed in however.

The hotel is very good located very near the main train station, the centre and the Arriva bus stop used for easy travel to/from airport. Rooms are quite clean and are equipped with small refrigerators. Breakfast was good enough.
The rooms are noisy. You can hear, even late at night, people talking and walking around the hotel. Close to the hotel were dangerous people (probably migrants) who are extremely noisy especially at night, incite brawls (the police had to respond).

Hotel was closed on police orders well before I arrived and at least I could have been advised to find alternative accommodation.
