Good location in terms of transportation.Staff friendly.
Could have been cleaner. Old cob-web with dust in it, in the room on arrival. Started leaking from the ceiling third night in, and had to use the room like that one night due to overbooking (drip,drop the entire night and little sleep). Staff tried to help and remained positive. Left a day earlyer then my booking, but all the issues and leaving sooner did not support any claim for any refund. As usual when dealing with issues í terms of refunds (not just this hotel), the reason given is "we cannot do anything because you booked using Booking.com".

Perfect location to explore the city. next to Central railway station, next to fine restaurants and shops. The hotel is 4 star. The size of the room was ok, very comfi beds and pillows. You have all needed for 4star hotel amenities in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok too. Very good experience.
