Wonderful
The hotel position, very close to the main station of Torino Porta Nuova is very convenient. The room was comfortable, clean and very quiet. The staff has been professional, friendly and efficient. The buffet breakfast offered a large choice of fresh sweet and salty foods. Definitely I will book the same hotel, next time I will stay in Turin.

Nothing to complain about. And the location is perfect: two minutes to metro (= 15 minutes to Lingotto conference center), next to train station and arriva airport buses, historical center starts right here, Penny supermarket next door. I also liked the breakfast.

Very quiet room and comfortable bed. Clean and spacious room. Location handy to both train station and Centro storico.
Somewhat dated and lacking in Italian charm.

I already booked two nights with breakfast included . At the reception during the check in I was told that I have to pay extra for breakfast, I explained the breakfast was included in my booking. I did have not any problem during the stay with the breakfast . Today morning I went at the reception to do check out , and I was askes to pay extra for the breakfast, and I again informed that I had the booking with breakfast included . The reaction from the receptionist was : Than what You want ? I told to the receptionist , I want to check out and I deposited the Room Key to the receptionist and I left the hotel with a very bitter taste because of this fact. I hope You will take care about this event not for me , but to avoid this situation in the future . Anyway I rate very good the hotel in the survey, because the hotel was very good , besides the staff' behavior

Room was good size, with a wheelchair. Breakfast was great - lots of choice. Central location made all the main sites accessible, even when it was raining.

Location is great, 1 minute walk from Porta Nuova train station. Close to all central locations. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable, the windows faced backyard, so it was really quiet for sleep.

For the priceI think they could provide a couple of bottles of water. Mini bar ridiculous prices WHY? People might use it if the prices were reasonable. No tea or coffe mak8ng fascilities. Air conditioning/heta noisy could not turn it off.

* Location: Excellent, in the heart of Torino, right across Porta Nuova train station with good public transportation connections. At the southern edge of the old town and within walking distance of most sights. Supermarkets and bakeries nearby. * Room: Quiet and comfortable, well-maintained. Was well heated in March, which surprisingly is not generally true in Italy. * Overall: Superb price-performance ratio. Was the most satisfying choice among the hotels in our Piemonte-Liguria-Lombardia trip in March 2024.
* Shower stall: Just a minor gripe about some waterproofing parts not in good condition.

Super friendly Staff and perfect location, everything within a walking distance from the Hotel. On the check out day they kindly stored our luggage so that we could spend our last lay touring around the city before catching a 7.00 pm train to Milan from the station that was right next to the hotel.
