Location is good - close to Lingotto and to metro station
No conditioners and no net on windows so when you open the windows all the fly and moskitos are happy to make a company for you :)

Disappointing
It was close to the train station I arrived to. That must be about it. The building is part of the buildings that were erected there for the olympics (if you're interested in that), however, construction was obv done fast, as is the case in many other olympic villages, therefore the quality of construction work is low.
The staff was 1 hour late to open (I've expected that they are open from 15 hrs, as indicated on their door, I got in at 15.55). I got a room with a separate individual bathroom, however, there was no light in the bathroom and the bathroom leaked water out to the corridor. I asked for a room towards the garden or yard because I'm a light sleeper, I was responded with "all out rooms are towards the yard", however, behind the yard in front of my window was a noisy street and the railways. The rooms are not well isolated. The breakfast was the basic of the most basic.

Breakfast was very good, the cornetto and bread are home made, delicious. The room is very quiet and the location is a little bit far, but the communication with the city is good.

Close enough to the metro. Breakfast was basic but plenty to eat.
Seemed to be populated by a lot of semi permanent workers. No real common area.
