I loved everything about my stay here! I was most impressed by the staff. Mr. Albert was very kind and attentive as he made me feel welcome from the moment I checked in. He promptly took care of little things that needed attention because his goal was for me to have the best experience possible. And he succeeded! I had everything I needed to be comfortable and, most importantly, safe as a solo traveler. The place is located in a quiet building on a major street but the noise was not a problem. It is located down the street from the Mole Antonelliana and a coffee bar right next door, but a slightly longer walk to the museums in the city center, the Mercato Centrale, and the Po River. I walked everywhere but the buses and trams were conveniently only steps away. It is a 23-minute walk to the train station. I walked it both ways, but you may want to take a taxi or public transportation to spare your luggage wheels. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation!
The only thing I would say about the facilities is that the electrical outlets needed repair or updating. However, it was something that was quickly addressed and not a problem during my stay.

In great location for the city centre. apartment clean with a good shower. Lovely cafe next door who were very friendly.
There was difficulty in accessing the property as no one was there to meet us. We had to ask locals on two separate occasions to help contact property as when phoning to enquire how to gain entry the phone was put down on me three times.
the fold out bed was extremely uncomfortable with springs digging in to you. it would benefit a mattress cover to make it a little more comfortable.
There were no tea towels to dry the dishes as there was not a dishwasher.
