Located 300 meters from the station, it is a convenient accommodation for those traveling by train. Located in the center of town, it is very convenient for sightseeing.
I travel all over the world on Booking.com and do legitimate hotel reviews.
First of all, I was told that a cash deposit of 300 euros was required and I withdrew it from the bank, but it was not taken. This is the first time I've experienced this with booking.com. Is it legal to set a deposit without permission?
I was repeatedly asked to pay the city tax first by credit card, and in the end I paid. I thought most hotels would charge the city tax when I checked out. The bed springs were uncomfortable, so we both slept on the extra bed in the living room. It was difficult to open and close the lock, so the owner called a construction worker to replace it, but we were kept waiting for 4 hours. The table and floor in the room were full of dust and we were told they would clean it if we wanted. Not the way to welcome guests. It should be cleaned properly before guests enter. We stayed here for a week and were only provided with one bath towel and one face towel per person. There were no instructions for washing machines, dishwashers, etc.
The building next to us was under construction.

Fantastic location and very well furnished. We had a slight issue with the door lock but one phone call and Matteo was there to sort it out within 5 minutes! Great customer service and will love to stay again!

it is a central area with lots of shopping opportunities and food.
several main issues are as follows: 1. the matrees was too soft to the level that it was completely discomfort and un ease. I told that to the owner but he said that it cost EUR2000 and it is the best mattress. 2. The apartment was too cold for my wife, and I tried to operate the AC in addition to the heaters that not all worked in the first place. I told it to the owner and he replied that the AC is only for the summer and that the regulations do not allow to go beyond 23 degrees. I kept telling him that it didn't matter because my wife was cold! 3. At our last day, the taxi to the airport was set to 12:30 by the owner. At 10:00 AM he arrived (this was the first time we physically met) with a group of handymen and start work on correcting, to my opinion, the AC . I think that he should have brough us electrical spiral heater or other means of heat if the AC was not supposed to work, and also that we should have know that in advance. However, the fact that they wer trying to fix the AC imply that it was supposed to be working. Also, why he have not coordinated with me or even ask me if he can arrive to the apartment at this time and not at 12:30 when we were supposed to leave? this was a complete chock to us and lucky thayt we were finalized our packing and morning arramgements.

The spot in the middle of the old centre was perfect. It is quiet and safe because it is located on courtyard. It is very,spacious, light and luxurious with all comfort of shower, kitchengear, tv, music and an extra bed in the room. The host explained everything adequate and responded fast
