Almost nothing
The location is bad. It a dirty quarter near the market. There are different rooms in this accommodation. I had the one with red kitchen. DON'T book it! The view is to the trash bins! In other reviews people write about good view. Not in this room! The fridge was broken! The door of the freezer is broken and it doesn't close. It is full of ice. I had to melt it. And there is another review on the sane case here. That means the owner doesn't fix it! Bad smell in the bathroom. Too big table which doesn't let you walk normally. Doesn't actually leave enough space for that. Absolutely unpleasant place.

only a 15 minute walk in to the centre of the city. very quiet. I liked the generous selection of snacks and good coffee.
The bed was like a temporary sofa bed. thin mattress and could feel the springs. that being said, I still slept well. the cleaner tried to walk in at 09:30 despite checkout at 10:30.

The room was quite big and clean and the location is fairly close to the city center
The host didn't speak English well and the whole building was a construction site. At check-out, we couldn't find the host but we realized that our key card could open any door, which felt a bit unsafe.
