At over £250 for one night it was expensive, as no working safe no wifi, breakfast not included. Not told about work getting taken place outside hotel.

Unfortunately, there wasn't anything I particularly liked.
This hotel failed spectacularly to provide a basic level of comfort. The paper-thin walls offered no noise barrier whatsoever, resulting in a sleepless night and an unwelcome early awakening. The self-check-in process, with no staff available, was poorly executed. It's clear that a slightly more expensive option would have offered exponentially better quality. The hotel has not responded to my complaint sent through Booking.com

I liked everything, the guy at the reception was 10/10, he found my bag with my passport and money outside the hotel building, then he notified me and brought it to my room, I am grateful to him

Great location, clean bright rooms, easy parking and check in. Easy access to local transport to get into main town. Great shopping centre opposite.
No kettle or coffee machine in rooms like advertised. No facilities to get a coffee either so had to walk over the road to the shopping centre for our morning coffee.
