Cheap. Also has car park under the building
Towels was not clean. Also they not changed towels. They folded the towel I used for 2 days and put it on the bed. They also not washed the coffee cup. Same used dirty cup stayed 3 days in room. Also there were no slippers in room

Not much. Was close to my bus stop to MXP airport.
The room and bed were small. No soap/shampoo in the shower. The worst part was that it was COLD!! The nice guy at the reception was trying to do something from his end but it was still cold. Dirty bed sheets. Thin walls. Bad food smell. Noisy. I didn't enjoy my stay there.

The room was basic, but clean, so the bathroom. There is a water boiler so you can prepare some tea or some other hot beverage. The area is outside the city center, but there are buses and trams passing nearby. Very easy to reach from highway and with a lot of free parking spaces.
Some problem with the TV, but not a big deal. The main door of the room need to be fixed because it is a bit difficult to open. The room is a bit cold, but we used the extra blankets provided by the hotel in the wardrobe, so not a big deal

Barely anything :S
The place seems to operate as a social housing project for refugees and the homeless, therefore, you find dodgy characters around the corner, strong cooking smells and noisy children running across the alleys by the rooms. My bed was actually two single ones put together, the shower was incredibly small, staff would not activate my key properly, the TV remote did not work.... A shame... Everything that could go wrong actually did :S

very poor breakfast, if you want a cappuccino ask someone from the bar but at 5 you can't expect better
check-in takes a very long time, about an hour , too much information requested I booked a room with a double bed and a balcony, I received separate beds without a balcony. the second day the room key no works I had to go to the reception with dis the same day at 20:00 the lock does not open again, I had to wait in the hall for a technician. there was noise in the hallway, they were talking loudly and strange sounds were heard until 01:00, so I couldn't rest!!!
