Very nice breakfast with some cold meats and cheeses, and of course, this being Italy, lots of cake.
My room had a view ... of the wall of the next house. But Turin is an interesting city, so I wasn't staying much in the room anyway.

The place of the hotel is very good. The staff was very helpful, room was cleaned every day.
Breakfast could have been better, very little choice of fruits, and vegetables did not exist. The room was noisy: you could hear what the neighbours were doing all the time.

The breakfast was very comprehensive and had a lot of options (cured meats/cheeses/breads/pastries/cereals/yogurts/boiled eggs) and it was well stocked. The staff at the reception and the bar/breakfast team was also very friendly and allowed us to look after our bags while the room was getting ready, as we arrived before check in. The rooms were very clean.
The beds could be a bit more comfortable, but it's a very minor point - we still had a restful sleep.

Everything was great, staff very kind, breakfast quite good with some salty options not only sweet. Hotel is few steps away from metro station.
My room was looking into another building, residential one so I was not so comfortable with removing curtains.

Avoid like plague. I reserved a parking space inside, the parking space was sold to another customer. I asked for a secure parking space in the area, they sent me to a place that was closed. Returning to the hotel, they told me they found another place that was open. I called them, they didn't answer a d in fact they were closed. I had to find another hotel, Cound not leave the car on the street as they suggested. And, they refused to refund me for the night I had paid.
Booking.com despite all the written evidences refused as well to force the hotel to refund me. A waste of sleep on that night, a waste of money, ending with an honest- to-God review. Stay somewhere else.
Useless staff that didn't keep my written. reservation. Worse that useless customer care, who did offer 'another stay' but not a refund: their wrongdoing blthus became my problem

The breakfast grew on me, Its different to what Im used to. There was a good selection of very very good cakes, pastrys, yogurts, fruit and cheese and bread. Ive never tasted coffee as good as what was served to me in the bar, its a shame I didnt have more time to enjoy the experience.
Maybe the shower in room 309 could be adjusted to be hotter.

Everything was perfect from the location to the room and breakfast.
We had the check out early in the morning and from the day before we told the receptionist to pack our breakfast to take with us since we had already paid for it and she had no problem. In the morning we found another male receptionist which he told us that he can't give us any accept eggs that were still shelled. We ended up with nothing and he didn't offered a refund!
