I didn't get a confirmation of travel in time to choose a larger room (not the hotel's fault at all). That aside, it was a comfortable and welcoming space and the men at the reception desk made sure to give me proper guidance during my stay

The location of this hotel, right across Porta Nuova Railway station.
I suggest to provide water Kettle in the room, someone like me, starts his day with a black coffee. That could really attract me next time during my visit to Torino.

Location not ideal since right next to the train station and there are less nice people in this area. The room, the service are basic (we took the 4 beds room)

Super location across from the main train station. Some reviewers mentioned shady neighbourhood; most neighbourhoods near train stations or ports in large cities typically have more noticeable "nightlife" (also during the day), but we never felt threatened or intimidated.
Hotel common areas were very well maintained and clean as was the guest room. Yes, it's an older hotel with somewhat dated decor but if it's clean and maintained, we don't care. Our room had a huge bathroom with modern amenities and was well maintained.
Staff/managers (brothers?) at front desk were very friendly, polite and helpful. Thanks for a good night stay!
We were only able to get one night at another hotel in Turin, so we moved to the Nizza for the second night. Would have stayed both nights at the Nizza if we had been aware of it earlier.

Hotel is a bit tired and the room was small. Staff need to work on friendliness.

was allowed to the room already before noon; room was clean; the points given are for the personel, no score for other topics
neighbourhood has prostitutes on the street even during daytime, and after dark it's a bit rough; room was worn and matress too, i almost rolled out of it; alongside busy road, cars passing by let the building shake; no value for money
