Very Poor
Only that the neighborhood was quiet
The room was claustrophobic
There was a skylight that the remote was not we working was not informed about it could not get any fresh air after my request they put batteries
The worst was that the door of my room was blocked Sunday night under rain at eleven I had to call and wait 45 minutes for someone to come and fix it temporarily
The distance from center was very very far
Next to the hotel a water reserve full of cellular phone antennas that totally affected my quality of sleep combined with the claustrophobia of the room
Basically a ground floor prison cell

I liked almost everything, location was ideal for me was in the middle from Stadium to Turin center. I walked to Allianz stadium a few times it is just under an hour's walk but you can walk through a fairly nice park on the way. You can get either a tram or a metro to center that takes around 30 minutes, tram stop is literally around the corner. Plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance.
As for the hotel it is a bit dated and tired in places but has a lot of charm, very cheap for the price. My main thing was I slept fairly well, clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast is good for continental and does have a few hot options too. I can't fault the staff they made my stay more comfortable. You get a welcome pack that shows you what tram or metro to get as well as others things like recommended local restaurants too.
Just little things really, the shower holder kept falling off was held on by a magnet. Walls were fairly thin could hear in the corridor and next door. Shampoo wasn't replaced after use and the safe provided wasn't bigger enough to fit a laptop or decent size tablet in.
With all the minor issues I would stay here again and would like to thank all the staff I had dealings with. Thank you or Grazie

The quiet outside and the breakfast.
Parking was difficult. They didn’t have good dining recommendations. The hall was noisy when people were in it. Shared and strange entrance. Some sketchy guys tried to follow us in.

The good thing is the girl who welcomed us at the reception, she is very kind and pleasant and the second thing is the secured parking, everything else is useless, very old, small rooms, dark, soundproof disaster, at 11 p.m. we had to remind the girl in the room that according to house rules it was time for rest-sleep, and she was just talking on the phone loudly for more than 2 hours, everything sounds as if she is sitting in the room with us

Blew me away, much improved since last time I was there. Recepcionist is as helpful and friendly, leaving nothing to chance even at the end of her shift - but my room was newly renovated, bathroom was spotless and well built, the bed was supercomfy, A/C was functional although I turned it off, and breakfast was fresh and very complete. The hotel would be great with a "usual" rate, but considering the actual cost it was a truly outstanding experience. Bravi!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite good, including many options. Clean rooms.
If you need air-conditioning, there’s no guarantee you’ll have it in this hotel. We had two bedrooms, where in the other the air-conditioning was on, but did not bring down the temperature. In the other room the air-conditioning was so loud you could not stay in the room when it was on, and it also did not bring down the temperature. The rooms were clean, but very scarce and worn down.
