The hotel is located in an excellent position, very close to the train station and to the bus station to go to the airport while, it is also close to the historical centre. Many restaurants/bars etc of all types can be found in less than 100m. An automatic machine selling water and refreshments is available in the hotel. The hotel personnel is friendly and helpful. The bathroom is clean and quite large with respect to the room area. The price was really very good with respect to other hotels of the same category.
The hotel is quite old and maybe new furniture is necessary.

Location, close to the train station, underground, trams and buses. Plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops, walkable distance to many landmarks. The hotel is in an old but well maintained building which adds more character, most important very clean.
It'd do well with coffee making facilities.

the hotel is a reminder of how we travelled in Italy 30 years ago. thus nostalgic. staff helpful but impersonal.
room comfortable but not reliable in noting things running out like tissues. Really missed having electric kettle and tea making in room. wifi awful.. breakfast adequate but "ungenerous". 24/24 desk concierge made safety a plus in an area near station though it did not feel unsafe to me.
overall it was a great time in Turin but accommodation the least of the positive aspects. however at my advanced age i did reflect on "how travel used to be".
the wifi unreliability and the dark corridors and the lack of tea making facilities ( which i have encountered in all recent 3 star hotels.

Expected a better room than I got (not as in the ordering picture), but it still was ok, the bed was wide enough for the single which I appreciated but what I lacked was a much warmer blanket (and no additional blankets in the closet).
