Clean basic rooms and really wonderfully kind staff
They said they had a cot and then didn’t which left us in a pickle, however staff were really accommodating. Quite standard rooms but safe and clean for a functional night

Price not reliable.when we want to extend the rooms,they offer an extremely high price compared with Booking,and the reception manager is very arrogant.
Air conditioning is bad.
No water in the room.

Breakfast buffet well stocked. Courteous service. Prime location 4 min walking from train station. All very clean, especially bathrooms.

Great location near the train station. Rooms were modern and clean. Easy to get into the centre of the city. Staff helpful with looking after luggage after checkout.

The location was ideal as we were travelling by train and it was only four minutes from Ports Susa. It was also just a short walk to the city centre.

Very convenient for the station .
Nice big comfortable room
Staff accommodating
No offer of complimentary water considering our late arrival and extreme heat.
Most hotels that we have stayed in recently have water available at reception.
Mini bar bottles were small and expensive.
