The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a elegant atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities one could possibly need. The bed was cozy, providing a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. One thing that truly stood out to me was the outstanding customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. They were always attentive, ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. Big thank you to Alessio! He was amazing! Definitely will be back.

The staff were really nice and friendly. The hotel was small but very nice and cute. The room facilities was great
The breakfast was not as I expected for a 4-star hotel. I expected to see some more options on each section. Also, there was no cheese or ham section. There was only one type of bread, and the rest was biscuits or pie.

I selected this hotel because of its proximity to the university campus (Einaudi) but it would work perfectly for sightseeing - it's within walking distance of all the major attractions and well connected by tram and bus to the rail and metro. The neighborhood is charming and full of great restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is very tastefully decorated and everything in the room worked perfectly (including the A/C unit that also provided white noise). Bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was VERY helpful (let me store my bags for the day after checking out). You can get by with English and/or French but it does help to know a bit of Italian. I would stay here again with no hesitations.
The shower was quite narrow and difficult to operate. Outside can get noisy in the evening during the summer but shutting the windows and turning on the A/C will fix it.

Most kind and helpful staff.
Well situated in the perimeter of the city centre.
Really nice breakfast.
Fitting a descent shower cabin in the beautiful wooden bathroom is a challenge which could have been met better.
