The staff was very nice, accommodating and spoke English and French. The hotel has seen better days but that was ok for me. It was fair price so it is a good place to stay if you need a cheap stay.
Not soundproof at all! I booked it because I needed quiet and I could hear people talk and use the bathroom next door. I complained and they moved me to another room without neighbors and then it was fine. I would not recommend if you need quiet.
Also the bar was not open.
Breakfast was mediocre.

Well located on plaza Carducci right next to the metro
Lack of parking besides 3 spaces in front of the hotel, constantly occupied, it’s very uncomfortable to check in when arriving by car

Friendly staff and very good location
The room was clean, and comfortable but needs some renovation. Good breakfast with both sweet and sour options. Overall we had a nice stay and we are thinking about returning
