Checked in on 9th Nov 2023, at around 3pm++ , I met the most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, his name is Mr Elkat , The hotel is lovely and with great staff give the hotel a great first impression. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Walking distance to all the church. Specially if you are here to visit the Shroud of Turin. Just a 4 min walk.

An excellent location, the restaurant was great and the rooms were clean. The staff were very welcoming.
The booking.com listing said that there will be a safe in the room and there was no safe.

The location is very central and next door there are late night small grocery shops. Beds are comfortable, Wifi works well.
Breakfast was not bad but there could have been more options and certainly better quality.
