I arrived early from an international flight and the friendly staff had a room ready for me. They were very nice about accommodating me 4 hours before the official check in time.
The included breakfast had a range of items and convenient for starting the day.
Also easy access to the center of Torino via the metro across the street.

Close to the shopping center le gru, confortable beds for parents
Sofa bed very uncomfortable for the kids, breakfast was too industrial and not so clean, expensive for what it was and not a 4* hotel

Spacious rooms
Breakfast was poor for the price - I would not pay for it again but go somewhere in town instead. Staff could be more customer oriented and welcoming with a better level of English.

Everything was perfect. I felt like I am in my own apartment. There was nothing out of ordinary and everything was in place as it should be. I did not feel uncomfortable at all. Thanks a lot for every single service you provided.
There was only one thing that needs to be improved. Night was cold but A/C could gone up to the 24 Celcisius only. I would like to have a warmer place. I understand that it is a cost affecting decision but as I said it could be a warmer place.
